Fresh, clean and convenient location made for a wonderful stay!

Awesome location, we could walk to the waterfront! The room was clean and comfortable and the shared kitchen was very well stocked!

Very nice accommodations in Seward

No doubt the best stocked B&B I have ever stayed at. Multiple selections of both hot and cold cereal, coffee, fresh fruit, real pastries (flakey turnovers). Very clean and modern appliances. Convenient location close to downtown. Also relatively close to the docks where we caught our two ocean fishing trips.

My only suggestion is to have a BBQ grill on site. We went on two fishing trips and wanted to cook some of our fish, but we wanted to avoid the strong aromas in the shared kitchen area. The first night we drove to a Seward city park and used one of the public grills. The second night we ended up buying a small disposable grill from the local True Value hardware store and grilled our fish at the Vue.

The unit above us was very noisy …. not because they were loud, just because there wasn’t carpeting so you could hear every step they took.

i liked the room and the kitchen it was nice and comfortable.

i didn’t like that it was extremely difficult to find and get into our room. i arrived around 10 pm at night and it was dark, so that made it difficult to check in. I was also disappointed that I couldn’t get ahold of anyone from the property to assist us. the website site states 24hr access to the owners but that was not the case! I had to have other guest at the property to help us check in. I also still didn’t hear back from anyone that owns the property the next morning. not sure if I would stay here again because of that. extremely flustering check in process.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. Location is excellent and the communication from owners was spot

Loved the whole set up. Shared kitchen was fully stocked and very nice, everything from fresh pastries to fresh ground coffee.

There were no sheets for the futon, so used the comforter from bed for padding.

A beautiful, quiet spot with spectacular views. Easy access. Clean and comfortable.

Location is ideal. Great coffee shop across the street. Laundromat next door. Easy walk into town. Close to harbor. Spectacular view of Resurrection Bay and glacial mountains!!

Shared kitchen is beautiful and very well appointed, but it does not really offer usable breakfast foods as advertised. Lots of open, partially used food products left in fridge and cupboards from prior guests, but not much in the way of individually sealed breakfast foods available... just some bulk cherrios and oatmeal packets, but no milk. Hard to know how fresh or safe leftover foods are.

It was exactly what I needed, also I loved the barn doors in the bedroom!

The walls were a little thin when other guest were also there, and the drain didn’t hold the water well for my bubble bath, but I’ll definitely stay again while I’m in Seward!

Location and view

Few recommendations for host. - Ensure there is an adequate amount of toilet paper. Upon checkIng in there was none - Please provide tissue paper - provide hooks in bathroom, there was no where to hang a robe after showering - Please provide prepared breakfast. No milk for cereal and ingredients provided were uncooked. It was hard to determine if food in the fridge was those of other guests staying since it’s a communal kitchen. - please provide enough towels and robes for multiple guests. Our room only had one robe For two guests.

OK not great

The property was new and clean. We had trouble contacting the owner when we had TV trouble, It wasn't until the next day that the problem was resolved. The Breakfast portion of this B&B was not properly marked. When we inquired about it the owner said there was a full kitchen next door. The only marking on that door said do not disturb. They need to respond quicker on service calls and better mark the kitchen.

Quaint Downtown Location

We liked the location and the appeal of the property. It was a wee bit smaller than we anticipated for 3 adults but we made due. The TV was a nice touch and we were able to watch something smoothly so that was awesome.

It was a bit smaller than expected and the Futon was not super comfortable as a bed.

Location and the structure itself. It’sa very cool set up

The pots and pans were very old and beaten up. I’m not comfortable with chipping Teflon. Otherwise the kitchen was beautifully stocked. That was seriously the only problem there.
