Chaleur dans la chambre et la clim crache que du chaud Groupe électrique se declanchant régulièrement Pommeau de douche cassé Beaucoup trop d'insecte rentre dans la chambre

Cheap and outdated accommodation.

Plenty of space, good room layout. Warm welcome at reception.

Smelly room, I suspect the old carpet since bedding and towels were clean. Also the blinders were broken and right outside our room was a huge spotlight, so it was very bright all night.

the hotel is clean and nice but the employees are very rude

That hotel was clean enough.

Staff do not speak English (or they do not want to speak English) I had to wait a long time at the reception to rent a room. In the morning an staff suddenly opened my room door and woke me up, which was very rude.

Convenient and affordable location on our way to Chateau Vaux Le Vicomte.

The rooms were clean.

There wasn't enough staff working at the check-in counter when we arrived. There was only one person and she was busy taking payments from the customers in the restaurant who kept cutting in front of me in the line.

Very good

Very helpful, accommodating and friendly staff. Very comfortable room.

I couldnot do a room to room call. Maybe the phone system was not designed for it or the reception staff was not knowledgeable enough about the phone system.

We left the hotel early and there was no one to collect our keys. We had to ask a friend to drop it.

As usual it was satisfactory

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s close to where I needed to be. Breakfast was good and the staff are friendly and polite.

It was big double duvet, additional heater, ground floor with direct access to the parking, parking was closed after 22:30,shower gel was good

It was far away from train station and shops, city center

This was my second stay at hotel minor hiccup first time but quickly resolved on second stay Location was Ideal for me. staff friendly and tolerant as I don't speak French.
