Overall the stay was okay however, was upset over the room situation

The location was great near lots of other places.

We booked and paid for a bigger room through booking and when we arrived they stated they did not have it available and ended up with a smaller room.

Charged my card even though I had already prepaid on booking.com Elevate did not work entire stay of 3 nights WiFi didn’t work for an entire day Bathroom was gross Towels are tiny

I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The property itself was nice and good location. Staff was also friendly.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest. Water spots were on the shower door and there was hair from the previous guests on the shower floor. The shampoo and body wash bottles that are in the shower were also completely empty so I had to go down to the front desk and ask for more shampoo. On our second night there, we came back from a wedding and the entire hotel, including our room, smelled like sewer.

Clean and friendly place to stay in Lubbock

Breakfast was solid......liked the omelets. Coffee was good. Rooms were nice and I liked that I was asked at checkin if I cared to have my room cleaned during my stay. Staff were very friendly. Fitness room was very nice. And I loved the large outdoor seating area out back....I enjoyed having my coffee out there.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy. Also there was a little bit of road noise but it didn't last all night.

Next day we were moved to new room which we were much happier with. Marriott agreed to give us Bonvoy points credit for

Nice common area and outdoor area (although we didn’t use either this trip).

Our king room on first floor was next to water heater room which was very noisy and woke us up in middle of night. Also room had a “fish” smell from the moment we stepped into it. Luckily we had travel size Lysol spray with us even though it just masked odor for awhile. Unable to move to another room until next day beside hotel was sold out. Shower grout looked permanently discolored which made it seem dirty. Small room. Breakfast was average - we’ve had better and we’ve had worse at different brand hotels.

It was ok but no sleep!

The gym was great. Breakfast was good and the staff (Lisa) at the front desk was awesome!

We asked to switch rooms because the AC in the first room was making a consistent loud noise. In the second room, there was consistent noise/whine from the mechanical room. We were unable to change to yet a 3rd room.

Great hotel for a short stay

Loved the décor and the outside patio. TV was nice and big and everything was modern and clean. The bathroom was great and the shower was amazing.

The pool was freezing, even in 95-degree weather. The room was small. A little cramped.

great but for management faux pas

modern and clean.

I asked fir a shower cap as I had forgotten to pack one. I was told someone would bring one to my room. after a considerable amount of time, I returned to the desk, only to be told there were none and that they were now on order. I had to drive to a store to get one. While it’s my fault I forgot to bring one, the hotel should have tried harder to get one/ or told me sooner there were none available. Thee real problem is poor management to allow their site to be completely out before re ordering. That simply is a lack of planning.

Very nice staff, very clean, but bring earplugs!

The staff was SO nice, and everything was very clean!

Our room was very loud from the traffic outside! It was very hard to sleep. Some of the guests in our hallway were also VERY loud late at night.

second layer on bed was like plastic and very noisy. asked for room to be serviced on third day and it wasn’t. asked for two extra pillows and they came without cases.
