Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten.

Beim Frühstück fehlte Obst. Dies wurde auf einer Tafel im Frühstücksraum angepriesen. Sonst war das Frühstück Standard.

Maintenance man argued with me that the fridge was working when it clearly wasn't because my frozen meals were thawing out after a few hours of being there. Had to switch rooms at 11pm.

Up to date room with comfortable beds and breakfast available.

the breakfast was OK. They had a yogurt machine/dispenser. I didn't have any because I'm assuming it was plain and not flavored yogurt. They did have some cherry pie filling and granola to put on it. I just had a bagel and OJ. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable and each bed had 4 pillows. They allowed us to check in a little early. We had a wedding at 3:30. We checked in hotel at 2:15. I appreceiated that. We also appreciated the room had a small fridge.

The room was great. Staff at check in and overnight were awesome. The morning staff was a little rude and acted like it was a problem to put a bag of pancake mix in the machine. And complained alot.

The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. At 100.00 a night , I assumed wrong. Our stay was great other than for the morning staff and no fridge or microwave in the room.

Good location when need to stay close to Allegheny Forest.

No complaints. It would be nice to have microwave in the room.

The staff was nice

Booking.com did not make it clear we needed to call the hotel for requesting a pet room. Additionally we requested the pet room within the comments of the booking on the website; and that never got communicated. Best western itself had a pretty mediocre breakfast and small rooms; hard beds. No fridges or other accommodations
