Hotel básico, ok para un fin de semana de verano por la piscina y el A/C

Amabilidad del personal Aire acondicionado en la habitación, no ruidoso Ubicación Piscina Desayuno básico pero cumple para el hotel

Habitación muy pequeña Cama muy pequeña Filtración en el baño (hotel es antiguo) Si haces el check out y quieres quedarte disfrutando de la piscina, se puede pero no hay duchas para antes de irte al aeropuerto, por lo cual no haces uso de la piscina. TV no es smart.

La piscina

La habitación muy pequeña y muebles antiguos que no consideraban el escritorio de las fotos, el aire desajustado no tenía temperatura media como para dormir por tanto te congelas. El checkout y el desayuno muy temprano!

Great Location

The location of this hotel is great, it's right downtown and well known by the tour companies. It is an older building that could use some updates. The staff at the reception desk are wonderful, very friendly and I was able to easily exchange money at a good rate. Breakfast was standard fare. A room on the first floor was a bit noisy hearing the bar at night and housekeeping starts cleaning very early in the morning. I also thought it was odd you had to hand over your key to reception everytime you leave the hotel. Slightly expensive for what you get but location really is great.

Passable

Location in Mendoza was good and the staff were helpful. The room wasn't wonderful and was quite basic and dated. The safe box was broken and various other furniture has not been updated for a long time. The hotel serves a purpose without being wonderful.

Very well located, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. everything is walking distance.

rooms are old… bathrooms with bathtub instead of walk-in shower, lack of illumination in bathroom (only three tiny lights over the mirror). few options at breakfast buffet. no fresh fruits or slices, only pre-made fruits salad.

Good lodgement close to Plaza Independência

Great location, walking distance to the beautiful squares and restaurants of Mendoza's city center. Also close to Aristides street, where some cool bars and shops are available, as well as to Parque San Martin. Although a little tired, the hotel's infrastructure was good, as well as the housekeeping. There ia also a good pool to relax after the tours of the day. Service was kind and caring with the guests.

Wonderful staff

The staff are exceptional they absolutely make this place. Incredibly helpful and friendly from the lovely lady behind the bar to the receptionists. They indulged me and sorted out the TV in the bar so I could watch my football team (and brought snacks) and found us a fabulous wine tour.

The room could do with a bit of an update but honestly that is a minor moan, everything worked and the beds were comfortable.

Superb

Location is excellent, 2 blocks from a city park and great restaurants and shopping. Staff was outstanding, Fabian went out of his way to help. Booked an excellent and reasonable wine tour from the front desk. Breakfast is modest but adecuate for saavy travelers.

Facilities are a bit dated, but spacious and clean.

The location was great - very close to the centre. Parking in the hotel. Fresh fruit for breakfast. Good cafe (ristreto)

1. no fridge in the room 2. the air conditioning was placed just above the bed :-( 3. very small room 4. poor selection for breakfast (we had to ask for cheese and ham every time)

excellent location in Mendoza. we loved the pool and terrace and bar and pool table this hotel feels very spacious for a mid Centre hotel. the staff are very professional and helpful. comfortable rooms. interior design is outdated, but we loved that a bout it. all properly maintained and clean and functioning

a very comfortable stay

the hotel is extremely well situated, and has a lovely pool. the reception staff were extremely helpful, and the room comfortable… with a good aircon. only breakfast was disappointing… very Little selection and poorly presented, all in plastic bowls (also lots to be thrown away, which is environmentally not good!)

disappointing breakfast… all served in throw away plastic containers… a real pity!!!

Very reasonably priced, well-located near the city center, peaceful, not very busy in the Argentine

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant staff went out of its way to please me. I’m a vegan, which makes me an anomaly in a meat-devouring country like Argentina.

The only thing I didn’t like was the sheep-wool lined bed cover/blanket. It made my skin itch, so I substituted it with normal blankets in the closet.

Great location, helpful staff, free parking, bad wifi

Perfect location. Had a decent bathroom. Front desk staff were very helpful and spoke good English. You ordered breakfast from a limited menu and they supply it quickly; it was pretty good. Nice pool and free parking.

Internet frequently shuts down and others times is very slow. When I complained, staff said it was the internet company, not the hotel. Flushing toilet was very noisy and sometimes took several minutes before you could flush again. They couldn't supply a price list for laundry, so you would have to take your chances; we found an outside laundry instead.
