Stunning 2 bed/2 bath duplex 1 mile from Historic downtown Franklin. Walking distance to downtown and farmers market on Saturdays at the Factory of Franklin, minutes from Cool Springs, shopping and tons of restaurants.
Home was fully remodeled last fall, new comfortable beds, cozy living room furniture, all updated bathrooms, kitchen applances, and large covered patio with privacy fenced back yard.
Home is managed by owner/property management company.
The Space:
One story home with easy access with plenty of parking.
This home is located just one mile from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants, take a short walk to beautiful Pinkerton Park, down the street from Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun.
Up to date kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, storage, and stainless appliances. 200 MBPS Wifi and Youtube Tv service with digital tv, Comfortable new beds, all linens, towels included. Due to COVID-19 paper products are not guaranteed.
Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience. There is a pack n play and highchair available as well for families with babies.
Yard is fully fenced in the back and dogs are welcome, there are 2 dogs maximum, they must be crated if you are not there with them. You must disclose pets prior to stay and there is a $75 pet fee to be paid prior to check in.
Owners of pets take full responsibility for any damage that may occur..

We visited Franklin for the first time for a family wedding. The place was a perfect place to stay for two of our families. The “friend ship path” or connecting gate in the back worked out perfect for kids and dogs. The location is also perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Came for a concert and found a place where we'll stay over and over again. There were 3 of us (married couple plus daughter), so the 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms were perfect. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped. There is a covered patio out back and the yard is completely fenced in with privacy fencing. Our tiny Morkie, Critter, had a blast in the yard. There is a large tree with squirrels, his mortal enemies! Great property! We will rent it again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location and close to downtown. The pictures are accurate. The host was able to assist me with a last minute change of dates. We will go back.

This duplex was perfect for our family to stay for a surprise birthday in Franklin. Great location, close to family. Nice, comfortable, clean. Check in/check out easy.

An out of town friend was coming to visit me and she has a dog. I also have a dog who does not play nice with others so I decided to rent a place for her and I stayed with her. The backyard has a tall privacy fence and was great for her dog. There were a few holes that were covered by grass that could easily cause a twisted ankle. The yard was larger than expected and the landscaping company mowed on Monday of our visit. There was a nice large patio in the back with a large dining table. The patio had lighting. That was communicated to us. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are nice and clean. Towels were on the new side and fluffy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and a few cooking basics. I stayed in the front bedroom and was initially concerned about street noise because the house is a somewhat busy cut through in the city of Franklin. I knew this because I live in the area. I was not al all bothered by any noise or lights. The driveway is a HUGE concrete pad that takes the front yard, which could be fun for littles on bikes, roller blades, etc. Just thinking like a parent. The living area had a lot of seating, so I can see 6 people staying here but it might be a bit cramped. If you're not afraid to walk a far distance, you could walk to downtown Franklin where shops, restaurants are but there is a lack of sidewalks & I wouldn't walk on the road that the property is on. You could walk on front yards until you reach sidewalk at either end of road

We stayed at this house for a long weekend and found the location to be close to everything in Franklin and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog! Everyone loves the house would stay again!

the back yard was very untidy. not a nice view. I was a little disappointed in that it was a duplex. that might be my fault because i might have over looked it in the description. the price was right. one important note,,,, my friends told me that the shower in the tub was very slippery and might pose a future danger.

Location! Location! Location! This house is located in the perfect spot to walk to downtown Franklin. The large fenced in yard was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the awesome weather we had while our dog could run around. Both bedrooms are spacious as well. We will defer stay here again.

This is a great rental as the location is amazing. You are close to a huge park with walking trails, downtown Historic Franklin, easy access to all highways and stores.
The two bedrooms are spacious with ceiling fans, although there is central air conditioning. There are two full bathrooms and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.
It has a nice kitchen with open dining area and front room. Parking is right out front and there is a fenced in backyard which was perfect for my two pups.
Everything was clean and Jon and Melissa sent me an email after I checked in to make sure everything was ok with the rental.
This is a great choice if you are going to spend time in and around Franklin.

In the heart of it all
Cute and CLEAN, fully stocked. Loved to be able to sit out on the patio in the morning with coffee. If I had a bike I could have biked into the Franklin main circle area. Easy to Downtown Nashville, close to other sites. Plenty of parking and the beds were comfortable.

Family Fun and Fence
We needed a place that would allow a dog for our trip for a family wedding. This fit the bill. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our dog. The property managers were great to work with and quickly resolved an issue that occurred with the air conditioning. The place was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. We definitely hope to stay here again when we visit in the area.

Great Location
We stayed at this property to help our daughter move out of her dorm at Belmont Univeristy and to celebrate Mother’s Day in Nashville same weekend. Very conveniently located to downtown Franklin (about a mile I think) where we walked thru town, enjoyed the shops (especially a the bookstore), and great food. Located close to I-65 so easy to get to anything in Nashville without dealing with the downtown traffic all the time. Took about 20 minutes to get to Belmont/Vanderbilt University. The property itself is clean and has all amenities you need. The parking is right in front which worked well for us moving boxes etc. The property owners checked in several times to make sure we had everything and were quick to respond when I texted them with a question. Great place. Will book there again.

So close to all the action in Franklin
We close this property for its proximity to historic Franklin, but it was also so easy to access other areas around Brentwood, Nashville, Spring Hill and more. It was accurately listed, and perfect for the 3 of us - but could have slept more. We've referred family coming to town and shared a video tour with them. Thanks for hosting us!

Pilgrimage Stay

Owners canceled reservation only a few hours before check in :/
Would have loved to stay here. We drove in to Nashville from Texas for Labor Day weekend and to go to the USA vs Canada soccer game on 9/5/21. We got in to town early and was having brunch when I realized I had email stating our reservation was cancelled. It was 10:22am when the email was sent (I saw it a 11:45 am) and check in was supposed to be at 3pm. We were unable to find another pet friendly vrbo on short notice/ holiday weekend! We have 14 year old dog with us and wanted place with yard but were literally stranded at the last minute!!! What baffles me is the reason it states why our reservation was cancelled...it was for being "double booked". I booked the property on 7/26/21, rec'd numerous e-mails about my upcoming trip and on 8/28/21 I rec'd information for check in (codes for door etc). So I don't understand how you can cancel hours before check in and leave out of towners stranded....
I did get full refund but didn't matter bc I couldn't find any pet friendly places to stay. Would hate for this to happen to anyone else...it was a very stressful and miserable experience.

Perfect Location
My husband and I, along with our 2 Cavalier King Charles', stayed 2 nights. We were in town to see Mike Farris play at the Franklin Theater. The house was very updated and clean. The fenced in back yard was perfect for the fur babies. It is located in a nice neighborhood and is very close to downtown. It is 1/2 of a duplex, but we had no issues. Very quiet. Owners very quick to answer any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect location, easy commute to Hwy 65...lots of great restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Safe neighborhood! It's close to the historic part of Franklin which was very cool to visit. Michelle is an amazing host and very quick to reply to any query you may have!
