Rooms were clean, updated. Front desk was always very nice, and greeted us everytime we walked in. There was free parking right across the street and they had security that went thru the parking lot all night to make sure your vehicles were safe. Definitely recommend this hotel! And will be coming back again in the future!

Very safe place to stay and visit New Orleans

Very safe area to stay. Even booked an extra night and the front office was very friendly and helpfull to get that fixed. Parking is free of charge and very safe.

No breakfast, not even grab and go. Was mentioned but they could offer that.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and nice.

A big downfall is that the hotel has no restaurant, only a grab-n-go. Also, the safe box in my room was not working.

The check-in process was not as pleasurable. It didn’t have complimentary breakfast.

it was updated and very clean! also the price for the value we received was amazing!

Front desk was very professional and friendly.

The bed were very uncomfortable and lumpy. Also the housekeeper never left more coffee for us to drink so we had to go downstairs and get coffee. She also did not replenish the toilet paper.

I love the location and the hotel itself! Very clean and quiet. Good neighborhood. Great staff. Clean lobby and Coffee in the morning!

I looked everywhere in N.O for a hotel with a balcony and it was hard. The only hotel with a balcony and I couldn't smoke on the balcony! I understand not smoking in the room but not smoking on the balcony was a bit much. I hated to go downstairs in my car to smoke. I was excited to get a cup of coffee and stand on the balcony with a smoke. Very disappointed. And I didn't know I could have brought my fur baby. Didn't see a post on website.

Very Good

Nice big clean room with balcony. They have a microwave and mini fridge also silverware, plate and bowels in the room. Got all day free coffee and coco in the lobby. And the staff are really nice and helpful. Good location, free parking, also feels like a safe area. Only 2 blocks away from the restaurant and market. Love the hotel, will definitely come again next time.
