Superb

The staff are great and very polite. The location is great too. We were lucky enough to have a harbour view from our room. The pillows were so comfortable and the whole place was clean.

It is a little dated but for the price that isn't an issue really. The only thing I would say is the room is very warm

Great location close to cocktail bars and clubs. Clean, quiet hotel. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very dated decor but that didn’t effect our stay. The room was very warm and there’s was no way to turn it down ourselves we thought we may appreciate it when we got back late so didn’t say anything, but through the night it was way to hot we were on the 3rd floor so just dealt with it. Beds were quite small and hard.

The whole place needs new decoration, our room was in front of the elevator and the only thing we heard was the noise of it every time that someone was using it… the breakfast was rubbish, orange juice tasted was like it was more water than anything else…

Beautiful location, lovely view from our bedroom and the staff were very friendly, only downside is the heat in the room

The location was fantastic and staff were very friendly.

It was very very hot in the room and there wasn’t air conditioning or a fan provided.

Staff very friendly and helpful

Shower door broken so had to mop floor with towels after. Apparently maintenance have known for two weeks. Room smelt strange and noisy corridor and doors and lift. But staff were friendly
