Fair stay this time

Front desk staff great as always. Tonight Jason was extremely courteous and hospitable. Lady who checked us in at 1am Sunday very kind as well.

Cleanliness and simple maintenance. Bedside table had a sticky substance all over table, clock radio, and phone. Click radio was stuck to bedside table. The tub drained very slow. I was standing in water above my ankles before I realized the issue. At first I thought the stopper was down but not the case.

I like the hotel and the staff was good but more than likely won’t stay here again.

The shower and the beds were great.

I was very frustrated upon arrival, check in time was 3:00 and we got there at 4:15 and our room was still not ready. We didn’t get to check in to our room and get settled until 5:00. Also our room was switched because of staining on the pull out couch. The room did not accommodate us so I purchased another room. Pull out her was not comfortable at all.

Breakfast was grab and go

I stayed here a year ago and it has gone downhill. The staff had friends hanging out. The bathroom was dirty and there was a rip in the couch. I walked across the floor with wet feet and they were dirty just walking across floor. I expect better for what I paid.

breakfast was extremely poor quality, eating area was dirty and unorganized, one person was cooking serving and cleaning all at the same time to serve everyone. good was not always a available, trash was overflowing and stations were dirty.

I don't know? I never got my room. My confirmation on my phone said one day and what the front desk had were 2 different things.... they didn't honor my confirmation and I was told to go to you for the refund.?? Who then told me to call the hotel back...

Good value and specious rooms!

I liked that breakfast was REAL EGGS and not powdered eggs. Staff tried hard to keep up with so many people at breakfast. Rooms were nice and big.

I wish there had been 4 towels, a bath mat, hand towels in the rooms. I had to go ask for towels and a bath mat. One Room smelled a little funny. It was clean but not fresh smelling. The other room smelled fresh and clean.

Roaches Nasty sheets No towels when we arrived Old coffee pod that was used by previous tenant was still in the coffee maker Man came to our room with a a key never said he was with housekeeping only ask if we were staying over after I answered the door
