Horrifying, smelly, cold, uncomfortable 3-hour wait while team found another rental.

Interior stunk, filthy carpet, toilet didn’t flush, urine ring underside of toilet seat, heat didn’t work in living room, heater in bedroom smelled like dirty, wet dog, tv would not turn on and there were no instructions to operate it. Parking on street so loading and unloading was a block walk and two flights of stairs.

It was OK for the time being, but I will never rent from them or recommend anybody else to

I didn’t like the property at all. I was told in the review that it was a house. It is not a house. It is an upstairs apartment.

It was dirty. It was very small and the location of it was very hard to find.

house is feets from the beach. its calm and quited its comfy and mainly to just relax a bit be able to shower and rest at night..

over all is ok clean few things we found rotten plate with food in the oven bottle of water biside the bed, door nobs a bit loose tv without it remote control so we had to do volume and turn it off manually, some dishes dirty .

So dirty with black mold that I broke out into a rash.

Nothing. Vacasa staff were at least helpful and friendly.

These pictures are deceiving. There is black mold EVERYWHERE. UNWASHED sheets/curtains with dirt, blood and hair. YES……blood on Both the curtains and bed sheets. Didn’t look like it has been cleaned all year…maybe not at all this Decade. Yes, it’s that bad. Smells like straight dog piss and cigarettes upon entering the front door. Once you get up the steps it mostly just smells like cigarettes.

The beds were uncomfortable, the water pressure in the shower was weak, The tv remote did not work.

How close it was to the beach

The late check in, no grill has shown in the picture, the doors in the rooms and bathroom kept sticking, the shower was super small. I’m 5’9” and it sucked taken a shower. Trash in the closet and spiderwebs like they haven’t cleaned that area in some time.The place can use a update and TV was bout ready to fall off the counter

Location!

Maintenance is clearly bottom line . Check over . For example, plumbing is horrible and tv doesn't turn on.

The whole house smell bad. full of pet hair. No hair drier Some lightings were not working top Bunk bed is too close to the ceiling. And the poor guy sleeping at bottom level will have to breath in all the dust whenever the guy on top made a turn.

this spot was perfect for what my family needed

location was perfect for my family, just 4 miles away from the event we were in town for

the house numbers are almost nonexistent. we had a hard time finding our place. once we found our spot it was smooth sailing

Very good

Clean, quiet, lots of towels & dishes. There were extra blankets & the beds were decent for a rental House.

Hard to find and no Parking if there’s an event or holiday.

Kids loved the beach! Nice little vacation place. We will be back!

That there was enough room for my whole family and my dog. it was super close to the beach. had a fenced in yard and the other guests were amazing and super friendly

There wasn’t enough toilet paper or clean towels we had to request toilet paper. And the water pressure was not so good. Shower is small hard for my tall kids to shower

Pleasant location and nice updates to the property. A statement concerning stairs necessary.

Location a block away from the beach was perfect. Enclosed yard handy for quick pet restroom needs.

Stairs were an unpleasant surprise. I have a bd knee and my mother is 89 years old with poor eyesight. Navigating the steep stairs with luggage, groceries, or just with nothing turned out to be a challenge.

Not what we were expecting.

The location was great. We were the only ones there. Very quiet,

The toilet runs constantly. When we got there we had to put the tank lid on and turn on the water. It needs new valve assembly. The back of the toilet was dirty. There was a clump of hair on the sink facet and the sink was dirty. There was obvious dirt in the living room area. The TV didn't work with the remote. TV is in a place that short people can not reach to turn on/off. It sleeps 6 but only 3 plates and 2 bowls. Not enough towels for 4 people 3 day of showers. Couldn't find the laundry facilities that were advertised. May have been in another unit but no key or instructions on how to access.
