We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return. Highly recommend Florence 1.

Over looking the beach from the condo. Very clean and bright. Very comfortable!

Bathroom cabinet mirrors. Rusty inside the cabinet. I recommended adding so cabinet/drawer mats to put your toiletries on.

It was a comfy stay, great location, and very easy to check in and out!

The view of the beach was amazing! The distance to walk to the beach was perfect.

The patio door didn’t have a lock.

Beautiful top floor condo with amazing views and a private beach access.

I loved this property the top floor balcony offers breathtaking views. The beach is not crowded which feels amazing and private. Our family had such a great time and we can’t wait to go back. The condo was clean and great for a small family with young kids.

We have nothing negative to say about the property everything was easy check in and check out.

The location was terrific. There was an elevator in the building, so transporting luggage up was easy. it was clean and spacious. and the view from the balcony was amazing.

The Wi-Fi was very spotty and would drop at random times.

Location

Ridiculous fees. No matter how much someone cleans you can’t polish a turd. Out of date facilities. Everything musty with the stench of mildew and stale cigarettes. Everywhere you look are sign’s threatening to fine you for every little thing. Late check in time and early check out time.

room was dirty and had horrible musty odor and not well maintained. in serious need of an update. bedroom very cramped and bed had a horrible squeak. vents were moldy. washer was nasty.

Anniversary vacation

We chose this condo mostly for the view and it did not disappoint. Beautiful. We were just steps away from the beach ⛱. The livingroom/kitchen has an amazing view of the ocean. At night you can see all the fishing boats. There are several beach bars within walking distance. The combo washer/dryer was of great use.

The condo needs a major upgrade. Looks like it hasn't been painted in years. The shower isn't made for anyone over 5'5". Had to stoop down to get completely under the shower head, (I'm 5'8"). Bedroom light switch didn't work. Maintaince came but couldn't figure out how to fix it.

Condo a bit smaller than expected but overall very nice n clean and beach view beautiful and easy.

Great Beach view and beach easy to access. Cons clean and well equipped.

The condo needs update in bathroom and kitchen. Cabinets a bit old and worn. The balcony needs better chairs had plastic cheap chairs.
