Great value with good location!

Price point was excellent! Location was good and liked that the apartment was furnished and had a balcony.

Some of the furniture was broken. Management might not be aware, but we noticed right away that one dining chair was unusable and the coffee table had a leg that just slid off.

Pleasant

Only positive thing that I liked is that apartment is spacious, in general ok. Needs to have some small repairs, but you can live without that. Its just that first impression is ok but it can be little bit better

Apartment is located in Midtown, building itself is old. Surrounding is not that nice (you can meet all kind of people, you are not feeling very safe). Stayed in apartment located in the buding name Byron. Apartment itself is very spacious, but need some nice cleaning such as windows for example. Sleeping bed was ok, but furniture itself needs to be replaced as its old and little bit broken (sleeping bed, lamp) In terms of cleaning on a scale of 5 I will give 3.

Awesome time with family! Great accommodations.

Wonderful stay. Was able to watch the Atlanta Braves Championship parade from the balcony! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our stay was lovely, I couldn’t fault it even the there were some issues to start off with booking the room. It was clea

The property was in a great location. We were upgraded to a 2BR which was just perfect. It was very clean and had most kitchen facilities and utensils you’ll need for a comfortable stay.

I was very happy with the property there’s not much I didn’t like apart from the house rules which were to extreme and unrealistic e.g No dancing no loud music.

If you stay, take pics for receipt

Management did accommodate missing key fob fee, which is very appreciated. Rooms did look like the pictures. Area was decent and place was very quiet.

The process to book the stay was overwhelming, staff claimed one key fob was missing and we made sure two were present. Expensive deposit has not yet been received. Looking at the reviews and seeing the response the the team makes it obvious something isn't going to go right with the whole experience of the stay. I'm pretty sure they'll respond to this review 😉

First day was a terrible experience! Booking did not provide any support in a life risk situation.

I was lock out of the apartment for more than 9 h with no assistance from Booking. com or the rental company. The security tags only works in the front doors not on the apartment's door.

Only a great location

The location is centrally located by all attractions. Even with Atlanta traffic the commute isn’t long to enjoy your day.

The property is next to a vacant building. Upon entering the main level it smelled like marijuana. I stayed on the 6th floor, which had a very moldy smell. Inside the property, the carpet and walls were dirty. The master bedroom did not have a television and the bed was very squeaky. Towels and cleaning supplies were limited. The second bedroom smelled like a dog and the blanket in the closet had dog hair on it. Parking is not communicated in the contract. First night stay I came out to a boot on my car and had to pay $75 to remove the boot. When I called the residence the rep gave me options that were not conducive to traveling with 4 young ladies in the downtown area. This was my daughters 16th birthday. She mistakenly left her Apple Watch. Cleaners did not see it. Property looks nothing like the pictures.

The property is centrally located in Midtown.

The area the condo was in is not a safe area for a woman to walk alone at night. It’s at the edge of the downtown. Not clean. Very poor value for cost: 1. Exterior code failed, resident let me in. 2 FOBs provided - 1 malfunction. No hair dryer. Staff had me go to another apartment to get new FOB, hair dryer. Neighbors left stinky garbage bag in hall across from apartment. 2. Apartment surfaces had smeared gray film over all surfaces, which I had to clean. Old food Garbage in sink drain. Prior used DIRTY dish scrubber- no fresh new provided. 3. Furniture very worn, wall clock no battery. 4. Tub disgusting - cracked paint coating. 5. Building elevator not sanitized during COVID. 6. Extra blanket not clean, bath rug was shag/plastic - unclear if clean.

NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL

NOTHING

The staff is rude and dont want to help you. If you call to ask them anything , they wont be able to answer your question and dont know anything. Getting into the building is hard. My room wasnt the cleanest when I arrive. My refrigerator was nasty on arrival with raw food in it from the last guest. I HAD TO CLEAN IT MYSELF ! The beds is hard and uncomfortable. They got fruit bugs real bad. I stay Thursday till Sunday and they wouldn't give me Clean towels when I ask on Saturday. They told me that I had to go to the store and buy washing power to wash the towel I already had on arrival and then use it again. The tub dont look that clean. They parking is awful. There lot of homeless people begging for money when you get out the car . DONT STAY HERE AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE WHO DO NOT RESPECT OR CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER ! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN .
