Awesome!

Great location, we were able to walk to a lot of places close by. Very clean and easy to find what we needed in the rooms. The indoor pool and horn was exceptionally clean. The staff is great with recommending restaurants and other things to do.

My only complaint really is that the pull out bed mattress was super uncomfortable. It felt like the bar was digging in my back when sleeping. I’ve stayed here before and never had that happen when sleeping on a pull out though so I think it was just the room we happened to get.

Enjoyed the stay, good central location, was not busy or crowded, friendly staff

Location was great, love Egg Harbor., near good restaurants and like the setting off of the main road, well maintained.

You could hear people walking on the floor above.

Proximity and quiet exterior with grills. Pool area

It was a home away from home for us!

Location was great and so was the staff!

Need an elevator for those of us that are stair challenged, with our luggage and cooler it was difficult to get to our room.

The lady at the front desk was always very helpful and kind. The place was incredibly clean and well maintained.

When I thought I had forgotten my phone I ran back to our room where housekeeping was. They had some choice words about our stay. We had opened a couple of bottles of wine we had purchased throughout the day and apparently we were drunks & had our room “smell like nasty brewery”. Well, ok then.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to my restaurants, brewery, distillery, shops and the marina. The pool area indoor and outdoor is perfect.

Everything! Courteous, friendly, helpful staff, clean and well maintained indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub. Outdoor propane grill, no lighter needed. Wooded area, yet less than 4/10ths of a mile walk to the beach, harbor or downtown ( via short trail to sidewalk). Parking lot for trailers. Large Outdoor open area with playground. Comfortable beds. Game area, with games. Video arcade. Perfect for a family. Blocks away from a very nice local grocery store that had everything we needed.

Room 404 had a janky door. Poor lighting in a bathroom. TVs are too small come on guys it’s 2023 40 inch tvs are not that expensive anymore

Enjoyable stay but miss the DVDs

the location is great! within walking distance of drinks and food in Egg Harbor and the coffee and tea in the lobby are always appreciated. This was our 3rd time staying here and as always we enjoyed our stay. The loft room layout works well for us to have space to unwind in the evening that is separate from the sleeping area

The front desk staff in the evening throughout our stay was not the most approachable person. They were snippy upon check in and was generally standoffish the rest of the time. We just waited until a different staff member was there in the morning to ask for anything we needed since they made us feel like a bother. We also missed having the DVDs available to borrow to wind down in the evening.

Very good

Very minimal toiletries- shampoo only, no conditioner or lotion. That was a first with my hotel stays. Gal at front desk was eating when we arrived. The gal during our departure saw us drop the keys in the box and didn't say a word. Not goodbye, not thanks for staying with us- nothing.

The location is excellent. The pool area was nice for our granddaughters. They offer a nice assortment of DVD's for relaxing down time.

The kitchen pot and pan selection was a bit skimpy for baking pans. No cookie sheet. And maybe a whisk would be helpful. The loft bedroom is a head-banger. Maybe the bed could be turned another way if the headboard wasn't so tall?
