Goede locatie voor doorreis

We hebben nu een paar keer deze keten geprobeerd en het bevalt ons goed. Basic, maar prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Zijn prima onderhouden en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk in Savannah.

Comfortable and lovely place to stay

Comfortable room, appreciated the hard flooring and room room with two double beds. Large bathroom. Great breakfast options. Appreciated the map at the front desk of areas of interest. Free parking onsite. Close to shopping/food options walking distance across the road. Located close to the airfield but didn't really notice any extra noise.

Good price, fair pet fee. Dog friendly and the staff at night was really kind.

Late checkout was offered only and strictly until 12… we found hair in the bathtub that it’s not ours… the hotel is really close to a military base so it was pretty noisy in the morning.

Tru Savannah

Breakfast was nice, good variety, staff was attentive, liked that we were on the first floor.

First shower, soap dispenser was completely empty? Also, was supposed to get housekeeping Sunday, did not get any. It's their sign, not mine, housekeeping will come every other day it reads . Room doors slam, noisy at night.

Weekend away from kids

The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and I enjoyed the peace and quite. This was my weekend trip away from the kids. So this was needed.

Great location and beautiful facility. Employees were fantastic.

The breakfast was fantastic and the building was gorgeous! It was set off the main road enough that you couldn't hear all the traffic, but it was close enough that it was easy to access.

The mattresses were a little bit too soft and too wobbly for our tastes. Would have preferred ones with a little less movement and thicker.

Great place to stay.

Staff was helpful and considerate, breakfast was delicious, room was clean, beds were firm and comfortable. Location was an easy drive to and from aquatic center. There were plenty of dining / shopping options within a few minutes.

No complaints. We had a great time in Savannah.

I need my coffee

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean, and the location was great for what I needed.

There are no microwaves, coffee makers, or closets in the rooms, and the lobby was constantly out of coffee. That was very inconvenient.

Wasn't horrible but would stay somewhere else next trip

Comfortable bedding, towels. Complementary coffee 24/7.

The elevator was incredibly slow. Only one of two appeared to be working and almost every time, there was a housekeeping cart so you had to wait. The app wouldn't work so couldn't take advantage of the key. The breakfast wasn't very good. Not enough available parking. We got in late each night and the lot was full, likely due to the bar patrons next door.

Clean. Very modern. Decent free breakfast.

Only one working elevator, which is need of repair. Very loud squeaking that can be heard throughout the hotel. Beds are on platforms that are too large for mattresses, which was a hazard when walking near or getting into the bed.

We were there for 6 days and no maid service. We had to ask for clean towels and told them they were out of shampoo, the

No maid service. Shampoo in shower was empty and when we reported it they said staff had not come to work that week and handed us a tube of shampoo. I had to figure out how to install it which wasn’t easy. Chair and desk were uncomfortable, ran out of milk at breakfast for last 2 days.

Fantastic, Clean, & Kid Friendly Hotel

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were enjoying our stay. Rooms include large bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, & lotion. Not the cheap terrible smelling kind like at most hotels. These products are better compared to herbal essence and all of them smell amazing. The breakfast bar is open till 10am and is ultra kid friendly. Wave your hand by the sensor on the machine and pancakes roll out onto your plate. Of course our kids were so excited to make their own pancakes and then top them with whatever topping they wanted. They offer whip crème, M&Ms, almonds, chocolate chips, cranberries, Etc. They also offer scrambled eggs and various other hot dishes that change each day. I honestly would recommend staying outside of the downtown area as the night crowd in Savannah is not kid friendly and has trashed even the nicest hotels located in the downtown area. Unfortunately, we know first hand. We ended up making a last minute booking with Tru by Hilton which was very easy to do and literally found our new favorite hotel. Tru’s parking lot was huge, free, and well lit. Hotel is not within walking distance of the Historic Downtown area, but it is only a short drive away. The public parking garages located in the historic district cost between $9- $15 for 2-8 hours and are within a short walking distance to the shopping area along the water. Overall Tru by Hilton is a fantastic hotel and I highly recommend you stay here.

Nice new , fresh look, clean! Rooms were new technologies and had many convient factors ! A bit small and no great window views but Very well appointed lobby with lots of extras ! Comfy, b fast items done well for fast food convience ! Nice touches like flavored water, 24 by 24 hot beverage bar! Lobby seating was very comfortable and games areas and TV area well planned! Great service w friendly and k iwledgeable staff! Price was very pleasing and location great!

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing, I would definitely stay at another Tru by Hilton.

I like that the property is clean and sanitary, as well as the fact that they’re pet friendly. The people who work there were extremely kind.

The only downside is that it didn’t have a pool, but the location and other amenities were great.

Great location, clean hotel.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast options was different each day. The only thing was the sheets had a funny smell and stain upon arrival. House keeping was quick to change them, otherwise I would stay here again. Great location as well.

We were comfortable with our stay

Convient to everything; can be downtown in 15 to 20 minutes. Accessible to good food and could actually walk to the mall. The attendant (Shane’s) was excellent ! She deserves a promotion. She was a World Of Information and had to where so many hats after 5 o’clock.

Housekeeping could have been better. On our last day she didn’t touch our room, even after I spoke to her personally. It’s a pet friendly property, but I wish people would keep their pets off the furniture !
