It was a great stay at Truman! It was so clean and smelled fresh! Loved staying there,we'll be back!

The location was great! The room was so clean. I was so relieved when we finally got in. The one problem I had was there was no parking for the rental that we had. The agent was kind enough to accommodate parking somewhere for us but we were tired, just got done driving 8 hours and we just wanted to shower and grab a bite to eat. The owners' family were so nice and pleasant and made us feel welcomed. Although they were doing some work on the other rooms, we had moments of noise but all in all it was a great visit. I will book again at the same place. Thank you!!

No parking, the wifi worked sometimes, and had to reload often.

Nice place, clean, close to Duval, very small bedroom.

Location was great.

The room was none of the pictures I saw. The room with the bed is for hobbits, attic, hard not to hit your head, if your very tall, you would not be comfortable. Could use more air circulation in bedroom.

1. The picture on booking.com is completely different from what you see, check vacasa 2. Additional fees are more expansive than the actual stay 3. No parking, street parking is super sketchy, and it's very hard to find parking. We even hesitate to use the car because we might lose parking spots. 4. Bed area super hot, AC does not go that far, also super loud 5. No fan in bathroom 6. Manager stops responding after we start complaining 7. Have to go through four different codes, two calls and messages to open the door 8. No fresh water. Have to fill up water from starbucks everyday. 9. On second floor with some difficult stairs, if you have a lot of luggage you are going to have a hard time TOTAL SCAM Who book this who stupid

Perfect Stay~ 2 bedroom/1 bath Truman Suite D

Great location-convenient to Duval, Hemingway, shops, restaurants, bus stop; Clean, newly remodeled unit with walk in shower and updated flooring and nice linens and furnishings. Vacasa (rental management company) just a few steps away

location was good. Was able to walk every where.and the vasca people was very helpful.

The group of people in the unit D did not abide my the vasca regulation’s of being quit after 8:00. They were very loud and noisy on up into the night. Hard to sleep when you hear everything thru the walls even clinging dishes and slamming cabinets till midnight. There was no on site parking, booking. com is very miss leading about this unit we booked.

Lot of fun in historic area with only downfall lack of parking.

The location was great except it was hard to find parking. We ended up parking a quarter of a mile away so the car was not handy to retrieve things from. This place would be ideal for someone who doesn't have a car and uses or rents a bicycle.

Superb

Very close to Duval and all the action. It was very clean and just perfect size for 4 in Key West.

On the minus side..same thing so close to all the action the bedrooms face the street and it is very noisy. Was not able to sleep.

Railings on access stairs were too low. Sleeping area very awkward to access (very high step-up) and uncomfortable (low sloped ceiling). Coffee packets only enough for first morning, and NO MORE were brought in spite of calls and e-mails sent at least three times !! That’s totally ridiculous for paying nearly $500 per night !!

Good if you want a place to stay that’s close to the action

it was exceptionally conveniently located

Forced parking in the street each return was a real pain in the ass! Also, no kitchen sink didn’t help. lastly, I banged my head on my the low studio ceilings at least a dozen times- each time it hurt. if I was on a trip with my wife instead of a bonding trip with our son , she would have shot me !!

The location was convenient. The property was clean and very quiet.

I was surprised at the low ceiling in the bedroom. It took some adjustment so that we didn't bump our heads. There were only 3 wash cloths for 2 people for 5 days and the trash cans were very small with no instructions were to take it out.

it was convient

was very disappointed in a few things. first of all the code we were given to check in was wrong we sat outside for almost 45 minutes before we could get a code that worked. it was very inconvenient my husband has Parkinson’s and I had to get him inside to take his meds and to rest. secondly once we got inside the tv didn’t work. we had to wait until the next afternoon before we could get someone to fix it. very upsetting for my husband. don’t know if I would ever rent from Vacasa again or recommend them

!!!BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT PRICING AND POOR QUALITY for $422 USD PER NIGHT!!!

Unfortunately, we liked nothing. Our kids could not sleep at night due to overall 'cleanliness' and squeaking beds, and powerful air-conditioners from XX century accompanied by drunk people walking by at night.

We chose this property because of its price - it was advertised as $161 USD per night for 5/6 August (booking #3432926231). At that, they informed us at BOOKING.COM that «Additional charges may apply» without going into any details and explanations of any kind. We thought that it could mean tax + resort fees, which would bring the total to $200 USD per night or maybe $250 USD per night. It was still acceptable, and we proceeded with the booking. However, when I clicked on the «FINAL STEP» button (placed against the amount of $161 USD), surprisingly, my credit card was charged $422 USD!!! That is, I paid extra $261 USD in «additional charges», which is weird to say the least of it. When I contacted BOOKING and the administration of the property asking either for a 100% refund or a price adjustment to $200 USD I was told that there was no cancelling it without losing money because that was their policy. I am all for different kinds of policies, which I usually appreciate and respect, BUT I do not like it when ‘businessmen’ try to cheat while doing business. Today, they have fixed the issue and the price is displayed correctly but the quality that you get for your money is that of a 1/2-star motel. The reasoning behind it is as follows: 1). COCKROACHES AND ANTS!!! 2). Unpleasant smell in one of the bedrooms. 3). The house itself is old, worn out and dilapidated, and, in my humble opinion, is not worth more than $100 USD per night in high season. 4). The floor was very dirty - after taking our shoes off and walking around barefoot our feet were literally black (and the management does charge a lot for ‘cleaning’). 5). There was not a bottle of welcome drinking water, no tea. Nothing but 2 packs of coffee - which is helpful when you travel with kids. 6). The air-conditioners are similar to those that one can find in cheap motels, and are all too noisy making it hard to sleep. I have more to say but the space is limited here.. Check the pics! ,-))

Location

Having furniture delivered without notification during our stay!! Owners representative was rude and refused to offer ID when asked. Very uncomfortable with his entry during our visit! Vacasa handled the situation very well - thank you!!
