Worth the money and will come again, but needs more work to the safety and responsiveness

The room is very very comfy. Even the couch is very comfortable (I fell asleep there on my first night!). The provided amenities, kitchen supplies are very thoughtful. I was allowed to put my bags in the holding area without any charges

The lobby seems shady, warm and confusing. The check in process doesn’t requires any interaction with anyone. So I didn’t know if the room is ready for early check in or not until I go to the room myself to check it. The area is kinda quiet and unsafe..

We had a great time. Everything was in walking distance from the room.

The beds were comfortable, everything was good. I liked that everything was in walking distance of room but not right down in the middle of it.

We couldn't get into the media center. Needed more games in game room.

Tivemos problemas com os códigos mas a central que liguei conseguiu resolver fora isso o quarto é muito confortável.

O apartamento é completo tem tudo até máquina de lavar e secar com sabão para lavar roupa, chaleira elétrica e cama muito confortável.

A localização não é em uma área muito segura e ao redor muitos moradores de rua e usuários de droga.quando cheguei com as malas tive problemas com chave do portão e me senti insegura, pois não tinha nem funcionário na portaria, precisei abrir passaporte na rua e e fazer reconhecimento facial no sistema, pois precisei falar com uma central tudo on-line. Não indico para quem não fala inglês fluente. Não tem estacionamento mas possui um estacionamento público ao lado.

Very bad experience

There was a washer and dryer in the unit.

The place is under poor management. There was a leak in the property, and instead of notifying me and offering me the opportunity to cancel the booking, they placed a trash can in the middle of the main living area to catch the water. It was dripping constantly because it rained a lot, so much that the trash can became almost full. The constant dripping sound was an annoying nuisance. The floors were also in dire need of sweeping and mopping, leaving our socks dirty. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable, with drooping sides and flat pillows. The bedding was scratchy and made us itch, and the bed my daughters slept in creaked loudly with every movement. We also saw two roaches in the kitchen.

OUR ROOM HAD A LEAKING ROOF!! Didn't offer us a new room or even clean up the water!

The location was nice. Furnishings were pretty standard.

On the first night of the stay, there was a sizable leak in the living area. We promptly contacted Hosteeva and requested a new room. After a building manager came and looked at the leak they offered their condolences and left. We got radio silence until I called again the afternoon just to be finally told there are no other accommodations they could move us to. Coming back to the room later in the night we found that the pool of water spreading across the room wasn't even cleaned up while we were gone. The only thing we would was an additional trash can in the room, presumably for any additional leaking. We ended up having to use the provided towels to clean it up ourselves. We weren't able to receive any of our requests for a new room, facilities to come clean it, or EVEN more towels.

It was a nice place to rest after a long day of visiting the French Quarters.

I like that the was place was roomy, 10 minutes walking distance to the start of Bourbon street, and close to some places to get food.

One of the bathroom doors did not close completely, so there was no privacy between that bathroom and the adjoining bedroom. Since this place was design to accomodate multiple people, we suggest more towel bars and/or towel hooks. It would be nice to have the checkout time at 11:00 am. like the majority of rental places.

PICTURES ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE PLACE YOU STAY,ABSOLUTELY NO FREE PARKING ,we had to use the freight elevator always to get to our room very dirty elevator, door knob on the bathroom was broken, exhaust fan on bath was not working, there was a leak on the ceiling and drywall was falling down. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE. RENT A HOTEL NEAR BOURBON ST. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

50/50. I won’t be rushing to stay again.

The apartment I was given was on a high floor, which had good views. The location is excellent too, a few minutes walk from Bourban street.

The WiFi simply didn’t work. The pictures you see may not be representative of the apartment you get as they manage many apartments in the same building. I didn’t get the apartment I paid for.

Superb

Very nice, spacious apartment with everything needed for a stay. Within walking distance from French Quartier. The street car is also right next to the apartment.

If anything then check-out (10am) is too early. It would also be good to receive the instructions on checking out the day before. I didn't check my e-mail in the morning of checking-out and didn't know that we had to set the AC at a particular temperature or take out the garbage. Other than that everything was great.

The cleanness, agents are responsive when you call them. It’s quite and also you get your privacy everything about this appartement is amazing don’t doubt you get everything you see on the pictures.

Three day stay in New Orleans in spacious apartment.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped to stay 3 days.

The entry door did not close correctly and anyone could enter! I did inform Hosteeva of the problem. The lifts and hallways were pretty dirty, not a nice welcome to the block. However, apartment clean.

I love the apartment style. It was cute and cozy. I got the one bedroom with 2 full beds.

The toilet wouldn't flush on the first night, and the smoke detector kept going off. I called Hosteeva, and they sent the maintenance man right away.

Would book again.

The location was great, although it could use a little more lighting on sides of building. The one bedroom apt was clean, comfy and Ac worked wonderfully.

The walk to the front of building is really dark. Also hallways to room are pretty dim.

Ice make and water didn’t work on the fridge. Had to get bags after bags of ice. No fan and the room work or living room. It’s got up to 76 degrees in the whole PH. Didn’t cool down until night time. Shower didn’t work properly but location is the best. PH need work on it.

Book and Have Fun. It's a great stay in New Orleans.

Hugh room with all the amenities. Clean and well kept. 3 of us stayed here. 2 on the bed and 1 on the pull out couch (could fit 2 ppl). Was a definite plus to have a washer and dryer in the place. We brought half the clothes they we probably would have since we were able to do laundry in the evening. There is a Walk in Closet that can be considered another room so large. Location is just one block off Canal St. It's a good walk though if you've been drinking on Bourbon St. So keep that in mind. Would I stay again...ABSOLUTELY

Only 'minor" issue was they have a rec room on another floor. There is a code to get into such on the refrigerator. That code was either old or had since been replaced. I just called the 1-800 number and they were able to give me the correct code.

The location and the room was clean. The construction and false day was a NO!

All of the construction work was awful. They should close it until they are finish. We had to wait on the elevator because they were loading it with construction items!! The false advertising was awful. We were suppose to have a balcony and stairs in our room….

Loved it!! Book it!! No regrets!

The property itself was great!! The condo itself was exactly like the picture!! Please book it!! You will not be disappointed!!! Me and my husband loved it!! We will definitely book this condo again when we come back!! Parking was only 2 minutes walk away!

The location was great!
