Sérénité.

Amabilité et gentillesse du propriétaire Logement très joli et confortable. Quartier populaire et calme, résidents respectueux. Emplacement au top, entre 15 et 20mn de Las maspalomas. Commerces et plages à proximité. Nous reviendrons dans le même logement prochainement si disponible .

Apartment is fully furnished, has all amenities. Very comfortable and quiet. Juan was very nice and helpful.

Perfecto

Estancia muy agradable, apartamento muy limpio, bien equipado y camas cómodas para descansar, el anfitrión, Juan, muy atento y amable en todo momento. Sitio tranquilo y bonito, con piscinas naturales muy chulas y con una ubicación perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto y cerca de los mayores puntos de interés de la isla. Si vuelvo no dudaré en repetir alojamiento.

Prima Standort zur Erkundung des Südens und Ostens, wunderbarer Gastgeber!

Geräumige, helle Wohnung, blitzsauber und prima ausgestattet in einem kleinen, wenig touristischen Ort im Südosten. Juan ist ein sehr lieber Gastgeber, dem wirklich am Herzen liegt, dass seine Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Er hatte uns Wein, Wasser und Bier in den Kühlschrank gelegt und war jederzeit gut zu erreichen. Jede Menge Handtücher, Klopapier und eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen standen zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind direkt in der Wohnung und können jederzeit selbstständig benutzt werden. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock in einem Eckhaus in einem ruhigen Örtchen. Meerblick gibt es vom Essplatz aus. Oder man geht hinauf auf die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Dorf und Richtung Meer. Theoretisch teilt man sich die Dachterrasse mit zwei anderen Wohnparteien, aber wir waren hier immer allein. Nur ein paar Schritte entfernt gibt es sichere Bademöglichkeiten in zwei riesigen Meerwasserschwimmbecken. Auch ein kleiner Strand (Richtung Hafen) ist vorhanden, wo kaum Wind und Wellen das Badevergnügen trüben. Vorn am Wasser gibt es zwei nette Restaurants. Ein ausreichend großer Supermarkt und ein paar kleinere Läden im Örtchen decken den täglichen Bedarf. Alle interessanten Ziele im Süden und Osten der Insel sind von hier aus mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wlan hin und wieder etwas wackelig. Ließ sich aber durch Neustart des Rooters immer beheben.

Perfect stay

The apartment is great - the kitchen is equiped with everything one would need, including kitchen towels, sponges, spices etc, the area is quiet. The view to the ocean is awesome! And it's barely 2min walk away. The host was super nice, met us to give us the keys and recommended a nice restaurant just down the road. If you stay here though, you do need a car, as this is not in the touristy area Thank you for hosting us!

Superb

Apartment was very clean. Towels, sheets all smelt fresh. Juan showed us the nearest shop and was very helpful.

Would have been better if we were shown how to use cooker, A/C etc on the first day. It wasnt very obvious.

Lovely clean homely apartment.

The apartment was so clean. Also the apartment was very comfortable with everything you would need. Juan was really good to deal with and couldn't do enough for us. Had 3 small kids and apartment worked out perfect, was their home away from home.

No complaints at all about apartment.

Exceptional

The owner is very helpful and the apartment is located at a quiet place. It is suitable for people who aim to have a confortable home and enjoy a quiet beach during the holiday. It is not very close to big cities, but you can go anywhere with a rental car or local buses. The rooms are very new, clean and have all the daily necessities. The owner even provides coffee, tea, sugar and some cooking spices for tourists. We got welcome beer and cola, too. He also gave free round-trip transfers between the apartment and airport and printed out our flight tickets. If you rent a car from the airport, it takes around 10 to 15 minutes to reach the apartment. To rent a car and drive along the whole island is definitely the best choice.

Perfect location, cleanliness, comfortable and equipped at the highest level, highly recommended! :)

I guess i never seen any apartment with this kind of cleanliness, it was amazing, like a brand new apartment or 5 star hotel. The location was perfect, has parking places on the street in front of the building, and has a very good restaurant 100m away from the place, also the beach is 2 minutes from the apartment. The flat has everything what you need for cooking, it was really comfortable, and the host is amazing, he is really kind and helpful. it was a pleasure to stay here, highly recommended! Thanks for everything!

The host Juan was amazing, so helpful - and the apartment was very clean and well equipped

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Nothing had been forgotten. Juan the host could not have been more helpful and checked several times if we were ok and if we needed anything. He was totally available should we have had any problems, which we did not. There was a really good fish restaurant about 100m away with an outdoor terrace which was excellent. There were a few local bars within a short walk. 2 well stocked supermarkets in the village which did fresh bread daily, The roof terrace was just lovely, very quiet during the day (apart from arriving planes, which we liked to watch) and had a couple of very nice sunbeds, It was up one flight of stairs from the apartment so easy to get drinks and snacks during the day.

The only reason we would not go back is that there is no terrace/balcony within the apartment and we like to sit outside during the evening. It is on the first floor, which was not a problem to us at all. The village is very isolated if you do not have transport and the dining/bar options very limited. It was fine for us as we dont want lots of life, but there is very little activity during the days or evenings. If you had a hire car, it is an excellent base in a quieter non touristy residential area from which to explore the surrounding area

I had a different room booked. But płace was awful. I found this place via internet. the owner showed up after 15 min. ( lives 5 min. from the apartment). the apartment was very clean and cozy. the owner was very caring and helpful. I'm going to go back there

I loved the location. It was in a smaller town and so close to the ocean. There were some delicious places to eat in town, plus coffee and groceries too. It was a nice place to walk and run also. The host, Juan, was delightfully nice and helpful.

Very nice place

Appartment is nice and clean and you have everything you need in it. Of special use for us were also washing and drying machines. Free wi fi was had an excellent service. Smaller supermarket is walking distance, bigger one is a bit further but also close. Appartment is close to the beach-a few minutes walking. The location for us was ok because we had a rental car. 15 min from the airport and 20 min from Playa de Ingles. Great starting point. Everything is close. I would defenetly recommend the place. The owner Juan is very nice and helpful.

Great stay with fantastic host

Everything was great, very clean with all facilities needed, Juan was a fantastic host and left us wine,water,coffee etc. He also advised us about the area and recommended some fabulous local restaurants.
