Great value for the money.

The bathroom was newly updated and the towels and linens were clean. The owners were very nice people. They are trying to update as they can. Nice refrigerator and microwave units in room.

The bed mattress was older and firm. The carpet was worn. However, we cranked up the AC and slept soundly.

Worked well for us and we would stay there again.

It is an older motel, but it's very clean and bed was comfortable. It's right across from The Abbey, so the locations was super convenient.

Exceptional

The Travel Inn Motel offers a great value for the dollar. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding, and four substantial pillows for each bed. The off-street parking was right outside the room, very well lit, and secure. The location of the Travel Inn Motel is wonderful for travelers riding the Royal Gorge Route Railroad. The Travel Inn Motel offers a better experience than many motels/ hotels charging twice as much.

Love this place.

Clean, comfy & very reasonably price! The picnic area was really nice in the evening to sit outside & enjoy the mountain view. Husband liked not having to carry our luggage too far. I was pleasantly suprised how quiet it was!

Pleasant stay. Great value

Clean room, good value. Staff was extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. Gave us great advice about our travel to our next destination

The only complaint was very little hot water in the shower.

Clean facilities at a great rate! Amazing Customer Service!

The motel was very clean and reasonably priced. The owner/manager was a great guy and went out of his way to ensure our stay went well. He was also very helpful about local places to see. We were there for several days and it was apparent the staff was working diligently to upgrade the facilities. Their customer service was outstanding!

We arrived at 10:20pm last night and the reception was closed with lights turned off. Nobody was there and there’s a paper on the door that says they closed at 10:00pm. It is ridiculously expensive compared with others and nobody called us to let let us know they close early. Please, we’re traveling for hours and the only thing you hope is to arrive to your destination to rest. But as nobody opened, we had to look for another hotel .

Stop over in Canon City

Always a great little place to stay. Kept neat, tidy and clean. We have been stopping at this Motel for years. Can't beat the rates either. Found out this year it was under new management. Please keep up this little gem of a place. I dearly love these older Motels.

it was very convenient to what we were in town for.

the bedspread seemed old and didn’t match the sheets. it also smelled musty and moldy on the room.

A beautiful experience and adventure in Colorado

I really loved the great hospitality by John. He was very helpful and courteous. He gave us a lot of great insight on things to do. If we needed something or had questions he was always there to assist us. I would definitely stay there again. It was a great hotel to stay in and was close to everything we wanted to visit. Loved the sights in Canon City, Colorado Springs, and Manitou Springs.

I don’t think i have any complaints or things I didn’t like.
