they were doing renovations however that was not mentioned when booking. there was no breakfast due to the “renovations”. we had to have our room switched due to the tv not working. the second room had roaches

I will not use Comfort Suites in the future.

I didn’t know there would be construction going on . The rooms were raggedy and the rugs were all messed up . I tried another room but that room was also raggedy and that carpet was messed up too.

Not what I expected

The staff was great, good hospitality. They tried to be accommodating to the situation but, no room available.

The room was terrible. A non working phone, bathroom door uneven it scrubbed the floor, the tub was unleveled and drained slowly. The shower head wasn't adjustable. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Overpriced, dilapidated

There was no internet, cable or in room phones. Hotel smelled like weed and cigarette smoke throughout. In room carpet and couch were severely stained, the carpet stain near the sink resembled blood. Bathroom needs repairs, bathtub was chipped along the whole top edge. Air conditioner was on its last leg, room was warm all night. Front desk notified us upon arrival that since they were under construction we could expect to hear construction first thing in the am - this should be annotated on their website. The hotel website states they accept dogs under 50lbs but they have “no pets allowed” signs by the elevator. No grass area for pets to relieve themselves, none, not even within walking distance. The 2ft wide grass area in front of the parking lot had broken glass everywhere. Hotel was way overpriced for what they offer. Currently staying in a La Quinta which allows any type/weight pets, the room is clean, the AC is amazing and it’s cheaper than the Comfort Inn. The Comfort Inn Lithonia needs a complete renovation, not just the lobby area. The quality of this hotel could justify a $60/night rate, not $120. We are driving across country and arrived at 2300, had we not been driving for 12hrs we would have stayed somewhere else.

The property is falling apart! Wallpaper peeling and furniture damaged in need of replacement! The hotel also smelled like a nursing home in the hallways

Okay…customer service is Not a priority.

The hotel is conveniently close to family.

After pre-paying 2-nights for the room and checking out through the front desk; my credit was charged the full rack rate because a broke backpack was left in the room. The front desk staff was rude about the situation. It took over 2 weeks to resolve the issue. We were finally able to speak with a manager and she credited our account.

It was just ok nothing to brag about

Staff knocked on my door early in morning asking if I was checking out. I knew checkout was at 11 so I don’t understand why I got the knock on the door It was unnecessary. Also cleanliness of room. Carpet was filthy. And there was a lot of banging noise in middle of Night coming from somewhere outside the property
