Fantastic vacation club on south France!

This is a vacation club, family oriented. There is plenty to do from swimming pools, lake activities, tennis courts, mini golf, Kayaking and plus it is in the front of the beach. It is great!

Beautiful Location! A lot to explore and so calm and peaceful to be by the sea. There is a lot of great activities to do at the hotel.

A bit dated. The indoor pool could be remodeled. Smelled like chlorine.

An "okay" hotel for a one night stay as we cycled along the coast.

The hotel breakfast was very good

The hotel is looking tired and the outside is beginning to look unkempt. No availability in the restaurant and no alternative, the lack of staff at the bar made it slow. Did not provide twin bedded rooms although requested and confirmed.

Improvements needed : pool area and change lack instructions. Too expensive for thé service provided

Thé sea view and thé ground place for children was well.

Cold water in thé indoor pool, my 2yro was shaking, a couple of dégrées above would have been much better. Thé bath towel had a jugé hole in ot of almost 10cm, we informée réception and in thé evening towel was still there. We went again to réception to Ask for a clean one. At 160€ per night we expected something else. Poor choice for breakfast. Only emmental as cheese and all thé rest was either industrial or tsteless. No checks if you paid.

Not able to get a drink at anytime no shop available to buy exta items ie fruit / soft drinks.

A lot of activities

Realy grateful for the staff for changing our room from the ground floor to the first floor. The water activities that were possible there were very fun and good. The beach was very close as well.

Ground floor rooms don't have a see view rather it should say lake view. First floor has a better sea view. Some of the bathroom doors need a little fixing.

This hotel was not value for money for a solo traveller although I can see families might enjoy it.

Good location with plenty of parking.

This property was supposed to have been recently renovated but for example bathroom facilities and toilet were tired, milldewed and not very clean. Housekeeping was not done on any day although I vacated the room for several hours. No toiletries or tissues were provided.

The spa area, the possibility to practice several acquatic sports within the natural bay. We really liked that our terrace was just over the water!

Toilet paper rolls already used by previous hosts should not be left while they should be replaced with new ones.

Appearances and descriptions deceiving

Excellent location beach across the road. The grounds are fabulous. The staff on reception are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room but cleaning service was very poor. Couldn't see that the room was ever cleaned. Some of the Staff were very rude , the bar tender in particular (Not the trainee) and also one lady at breakfast ( Woman with blond hair and ponytail ) very snappy !

An excellent overnight stay & at a very good price

we only stayed for one night...but we could have stayed longer! The hotel was lovely, very clean & had a lot of facilities we didn`t expect. We really appreciated the swimming pool as we were able to have our first swim of our holiday at last. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable & we loved the little balcony & the view from it. All in all it was a superb nights stay.

A few less children in the pool! I am joking here...it was a vacances scolaire period...but I hate being splashed!

amazing location and a good quality price report. the establishment need to take some effort to the household chores.

The bed and the shower room have hair and dust. The dishes have were not washed well.

The breakfast and the view is amazing. The location is so good because you are not too far from the port.
