Lovely hotel, good breakfast to start the day.

Great location. Helpful staff. Variety of food for breakfast.

The carpets, because of the light colours, they needed a clean. The bathroom and bath were very slippery when wet. The bath could have done with a bath mat

Я зупиняюся в цьому готелі не вперше. Персонал дуже чемний. Дуже зручно, що після здачі номера можна залишити багаж прямо в готелі в камері зберігання. Сніданки чудові. Є вибір. Спальні місця дуже зручні. Є ліфт. Рецепш – цілодобово. Мене влаштовує все. До залізничного вокзалу можна дійти пішки.

Quick cheap getaway hotel to cover up a big city

Location is excellent if you’re planning to cover Krakow in one or two days

There was bad smell in the room and it looked unsanitary, And depend on who you are the hotel may or may not be a little racist toward you.

Highly recommended. It’s worth it due to the location. 3-5 minutes walk to the Main Market Square. The train/bus sta

The bed was comfy and they had all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially the two ladies Tetiana and I can’t remember the name of the other lady.

The bathroom was leaking but not that much. You have to remember to put the cleaning tag outside your room or else they will not clean it and I forgot to put it outside one day and obviously the room was not cleaned.

both hotel as well as rooms yearn for renovation. and there are limitations in cleaning hours and availability that we were not aware of. warm breakfast was served cold

The renovation is on and unfortunately there is no info on booking.com. If I knew I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. And is kind of old fashioned. Pictures are better than reality

Great stay at a great hotel with helpful and friendly staff.

Location is wonderful, walking distance to the train station and most attractions. Really good restaurants are nearby and there's a convenience store next block. Definitely recommend and will use this hotel again if given the chance

Adorable cosiness in Krakow

We absolutely loved this hotel, too bad we only discovered it at the end of our journey where we stayed for one night only, the staff were very nice and eager to help, they also spoke really good english, everything was smooth, the room was very well organized and clean, also very cosy, the location was great and everything else was within walking distance.

We liked everything there, maybe the hotel lacks some facilities of other 4 or 5 star hotels, but it was more than enough for us.

loved the modern yet traditional decor, rooms were very nice and clean. breakfast was continental with free coffee machine (serving latte, cappucino and espresso!)

- location in city centre, very close to all the sightseeings

- towels were absolutely dirty, all in yellow and brown spots as if they weren't washed - bugs in our room. Although hotel staff provided another room next morning, we were could not sleep at night, being afraid of bites of these bugs and had to leave the hotel much earlier than we booked.
