Summer holiday to visit friends

Location was fantastic, right by the beach and many cafe, restaurants and shops. Also a very pleasant 25 minute walk into Rethymno. The staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned immaculately every day and was excellent value for money. Would definitely go back

Good place in Rethymno!

The hotel is very nice! Close to the beach (the sea is just round the corner - 30 seconds and you are there). Close to a great number of restaurants, cafes. Also, there are a few markets and a supermarket + nice bakeries not far from the hotel. The apartments that we had were rather spacious: there was a nice bedroom on the 2nd floor (which was unusual and interesting for us), and also 2 more places to sleep in the main room on the 1st floor, so if you have a big family, that will be fine. Also, on the first floor there was a kitchenette with a dining place and also a bathroom. In the kitchenette there were all necessary utensils for cooking. What's more, there was a balcony with a side sea view. The apartments were clean. The hotel also has its own swimming pool and sunbeds near it. The staff is great! They were always ready to help, answer our questions or even give some helpful local tips (best restaurants, guided tours, etc.). Nice ladies are there every morning to clean your room if needed. Check-in and check-out go with no problems. For some people it may seem to be situated far from the city center. But we are young and for us it was not a problem at all (something like 30-40 minutes on foot). What is great about this location - not so many crowds of people, the neighborhood is quite calm. I can recommend this place for everyone who wants to have a good holiday in Rethymno!

Not connected with the hotel and not a disadvantage, just a note: the beach is paid, you should pay a few euros per day for a sunbed and an umbrella or buy drinks from the owners of the beach. So you should have extra 3-4 euros per person per day to occupy a place on the beach.

The perfect beach getaway 💙

We spent 16 nights in Rethymno and had a wonderful time. The apartment was simple but perfect for our needs. It was quiet and very close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. We had a car so did day trips. It was a little tough to find car parks at times, but we always managed. The apartment had a small kitchen and balcony so we enjoyed our breakfast each day in the morning sun. The staff were kind and friendly and always willing to help. It is a 2km walk into Rethymno which is perfect in the evening but a little tougher in the heat of the day....but there were plenty of buses available as well. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was a wash machine available as well, which was handy. If you are looking for a comfortable beach holiday on a budget, this is ideal.

Very clean new block. Very comfortable. Our apartment could have taken a whole family and was very spacious and well equipped. Great pool. Very near beach and lots of shops and bars. The staff were very friendly and polite and encouraged us to have a go at Greek!

It is a two mile walk from the old town and the Fortezza, so choose carefully if that's the reason you want to come to Rethymnon. Parking is a bit difficult but that's true of all of the hotels apartments in this area.

Great hotel but it is tricky for parking

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and gave us lots of useful recommendations on where to go. The room was spacious and clean and had all the facilities for self-catering if one wanted to.

The location. It is based on an apparently random, one-way side-street which turns out to be a very busy road connecting two parallel big roads where any possible vehicles go through including buses. The road where the hotel is based is pretty narrow and parking was a massive issue. People parked on one side of the street when they could or on the main road if one was lucky enough to find a place. I would advise the hotel to come up with a tentative map so to direct their customers on the areas where potentially there may be a space available. You can't rely on the 2 parking space available outside the hotel and it is tricky to go around on a busy, one-way traffic system. Parking for us here was an issue.

Superb

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is literally about 30 seconds from the beach. The pool is amazing and it’s open 24/7. Various beaches and restaurants all around. The price was very good as well!

I kinda missed oven or microwave at the room so we had to do everything on the stovetop. Even though the location beach wise is excellent it’s a little further from the city center. By bus it’s like 10 minutes but if you want to walk there it’s gonna take you about 30-40 minutes.

Everything! the staff were always smiling and friendly and really helpful. So clean, probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. pool was amazing. I just loved everything about this hotel and vacation. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our vacation so special ❤️

shower wasn’t that great but it didn’t ruin our stay pillows were a bit uncomfortable but again not a train smash. wifi isn’t great but that’s just everywhere.
