Insatisfação

Atenção dos funcionários, limpeza e tranquilidade

Não ter um serviço na piscina na parte da manha, pois só após as 13hs que a cozinha abre, antes só bebida. Com relação ao check-out, éramos 8 pessoas e com duas pessoas de idade, hotel vazio e cobrarem uma taxa adicional, não achei justo, paguei mas não achei justo, pois ficamos consumindo na piscina e isso é lucro para o hotel e a satisfação do cliente, e ainda mais, baixa temporada.

A pousada é linda e aconchegante! Os funcionários são muito gentis e atenciosos! Agradeço a Beatriz, da recepção, pois tive um problema no quarto que estava hospedada e ela prontamente me ofereceu outro, na categoria acima sem cobrança.

La pileta es hermosa, tiene dos niveles tanto para niños como para personas adultas. La sala de juegos con la mesa de pool me encantó.

Muchas pendientes, en el parque, pero también le da un aire distinto y es normal en toda la geografía de Buzios.

Hotel simples e muito confortável e limpo.

Funcionários super cordiais, limpeza do quarto, bar da piscina,, localização. Hotel arborizado. Localização privilegiada e ao mesmo tempo que é reservada e silenciosa fica praticamente perto de tudo!

Café da manhã não tem café sem ser de máquinas, não tem opção de fazer por exemplo tapiocas, ovos, omeletes na hora, é cobrado a parte.

Todo muy lindo el entorno el jardín su piscina todo muy verde y el personal muy amable para todo con lo más mínimo de saludar. A 1000 metros de la playa ferradura 15 min caminando. El desayuno bufet muy rico y completo.

Los aire acondicionado son antiguos , podrías tener unos más modernos y las chapas de las puertas también son antiguas podrían mejorar esos detalles.

Péssimo custo-benefício. Hotel administrado por amadores.

Localização muito boa, pois o hotel é muito perto da praia da Ferradura. Lugar bonito pela natureza ao redor. Funcionários atenciosos.

O hotel tem potencial para ser nota 8, cobram preço de hotel nota 9, mas a minha experiência foi muito ruim, no máximo uma nota 5. Cheiro de mofo no quarto (como se estivesse fechado há muito tempo), wifi péssimo, toalhas velhas e amareladas devido ao uso, tábua do vaso com manchas amarelas, instalações mal cuidadas e em mau estado de conservação, banheira de hidromassagem sem água quente, café da manhã fraquíssimo e funcionários mal preparados (apensar de educados).

good budget hotel by the seaside

good, clean, comfortable, budget hotel. friendly, helpful staff, small pool/ bar area, happy with the breakfast (lots of fresh fruit, cereal, breads, scrambled egg), 15 min walk to nearest beach, 20 min walk to town with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and another beach, boat rides. loved the freedom of being able to walk around Buzios after a week in Rio. good value for money.

the restaurant is pretty basic, fine for breakfast but not somewhere I’d want to sit in the evening for dinner. lots of other options in town. the accommodation and hotel are not luxurious but it is comfortable and good value for money.

Great beach location for cozy affordable inn

The location is wonderful, very close to the beautiful Ferradura Beach. The property is beautiful and pleasant. The place is bucolic, there are nice gardens all around, visited by birds and tamarins. The place is very relaxing and the staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. They made us feel very welcome. The hotel is just a short uber/taxi drive from anywhere in Buzios.

The facilities are a bit old. This is far from a luxurious place but it's comfortable and cozy. The breakfast has lots of options but not too many healthy ones. The offer mostly breads, cakes, fruit and sugary juices. But unfortunately this is rather common in Brazilian hotels.

Nice room, good area. Nice swimming pool..

There was nothing I DISLIKE. ah.. They only play pagode and samba at the swimming pool area. I also like these styles, but the whole day… it’s not nice.
