Julio and other person at night the one who help is with the bags The is two person to try so hard to try make us feel

The closer to the beach

first the first host ! Took us over an hour ! no one was at the lobby, the front desk guy make tree mistakes on the reservation ! We were so tired For the trip ! And was not helping. The room said was a ocean view and Partial oven view is the right description and for 3 day the television dose t work they sent 7 person till last two fix it that issue. Was a lady, I believe so is a supervisor , I spoke with her and she was so rude ! She offer change the room ! But the room was only one bed instead two, the oven view was total block, and had the worst attitude.

Location, steps from the beach. Beach club was good with friendly staff.

Elevator did not work throughout the day and night. Loud rooftop bar that stayed open until 11pm. Thin walls.

Not worth it as I booked this hotel i stayed.

Facilities look old. Room was not look nice as a picture. Smaller than I thought as I booked deluxe room. Too much noise as party over night. And people ask to buy drug right in front at the hotel.

Unhelpful and indifferent staff. Fridge didn’t work. The room was rear facing although I booked a sea view. Waiting staff quite greedy in demanding tips.

My stay had no redeeming qualities.

Pretty much nothing. The whole place was a disaster. Our "rooms" were disgusting and unsecured. A lousy latch was our only protection from entrance from the balcony. It was easily pushed in. What a disaster!

From the second we got there there were problems. We were in 3 different rooms in 2 days. Double bed in the first room (my partner and I are grown men we booked a king). The desk attendant argued that this was what we booked. We did not! The next room began to smell like sewage shortly after we were moved from the first room. Our last room actually was OK. Not secure as mentioned above but it was actually the room I paid for. The one shown in the pictures. This establishment continually tried to put us in rooms that were sub-par from what we booked. ridiculous. And someone should tell Blue Chairs that a microwave and college size refrigerator do not make a "kitchenette". I have seen better set ups in a local Motel 6. Now let's talk about the drug dealers surrounding the hotel. Dealers in plain sight of the front desk. You could not leave without being harassed by them. Many of them, ALL THE TIME. I did not feel safe. Also the Hotel did nothing to discourage peddlers on the beach. You were harassed several times a minute to purchase everything from beads to Christal Meth. Disgusting Lastly the hotel was billed as an "adults only resort". The place was FULL OF FAMILIES!!!! Quite frankly, I would like my money back. I wish this was possible, hopefully this review will help others not to go to this hotel.

Its right next to the beach and rooms are spacious

it needs to be better maintained. No hot water at first, no phones in rooms, elevator out of order, no safe in room

top floor had issues with hot water in the shower, need to be fixed. one of the staff fixed it but it didn’t last for long

Easter Break

The location is perfect. It's right in front of the beach and the rooms we booked had an amazing view of the ocean. The staff was friendly. There were drag shows at the rooftop, in a really nice area with amazing views. Both at the beach and at the bar there is a minimum consumption of a reasonably fair price (350 pesos). The food is excellent, and most of the drinks (except the margaritas).

The hotel reception looks quite tired. We requested to have rooms with separate beds, but due to the number of bookings of the week (Easter break) we were given matrimonial beds, which is not ideal when you're not traveling with your partner. Also, even though we were 2 in the room, for the same reason they only have us 1 key.

This was my first visit to Porto Vallarta and I wasn't disappointed.

The location was great and just a little ways away from the more heavily touristy area, which we liked. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The beach access and staff/amenities on the beach were great as well.

We experienced a sewer smell in our room (we were on the 7th floor) that I suspect was coming from the sink and/or shower plumbing. Fortunately, because the weather was not too hot, we kept our balcony door open the whole week, so that helped. It also took some effort to get extra toilet paper or trash bags when we needed them. We would stay there again though, we really liked the staff!

The location

The overall state of the room was in disrepair. Took 15-20 min for hot water, shower head barely hanging in the wall, beds hard as rocks and comforter very thin.

Exceptional

Great beach location and within walking distance of all restaurants and shops in Romantic Zone. You have to pay for a chair/umbrella, but can just lay in the sand with your towel for free. The room has excellent air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Also make sure to ask for the wifi password at the front desk.

Kind of noisy in the early evening hours....but people just having a good time!

Location and that's it.

Water leaking everywhere. Light fixtures not working. Rude receptionist. It is supposed to be a gay only hotel and that's a lie.

I did not have warm water in the shower or faucet and told the staff 5 plus times and no one helped me. I asked maybe if I’m doing something wrong some one can show me, no one would come. my toilet wouldn’t flush the first day and they told me maybe a serve guy will be by in the morning. unacceptable.

It’s close to the beach

The AC broke in our room and we got moved to another room. The AC in the new room also broke and leaked water everywhere. There also are no safes in the rooms so we avoided having the room cleaned as a result.

Fabulous location and fun energy. Not fancy but the beach service is top notch.

Lovely beach, with good service. The shows on the rooftop were amusing! The water pressure in the shower was excellent. We got a room overlooking the courtyard pool.

While the room was clean, I suspect there was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, I could smell and see it. At times, it felt like the staff in the lobby was a bit overzealous making sure every person had a wristband rather than greeting guests.

Not worth the price

Location was great and bed was big. Room clean. The end.

The wifi is terrible! The water pressure in the shower is terrible - literally just a trickle. Bathroom is extremely tiny. Loud banging and noises at 8am from repair people. Elevator to rooftop not working. Night time male staff member rude and uncomfortable to talk to.
