Instalações no geral, localização, gentileza dos funcionários, café da manhã, conforto da cama, bom chuveiro com água realmente quente... entre outros.

Acesso para portaria por escada fora do padrão de degraus conforto. Havia uma obra com muito barulho na parte da manhã, ao lado ou em cima do meu quarto.

O Hotel me surpreendeu positivamente!! Voltaremos, com certeza!!

Café da manhã me surpreendeu, com variedade de doces, salgados, frutas e diferentes tipos de café em máquina profissional. O hotel não é novo, mas está bem cuidado e limpo. E justamente por isso os quartos são bastante amplos. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Tem um piano à disposição dos hospedes na recepção e, como sou músico, me permitiram tocar sax no local. E o hotel está praticamente do lado do Shopping Estação, o que é uma mão na roda para tudo. Voltaremos, com certeza!!

Acho que poderiam substituir a estação de musculação da academia, é muito antiga. Mas no geral, tudo certo.

Hotel muito bom, 50 metros do Shopping Estação região bem movimentada e segura; da para ir a pé qualquer horário. O hotel é bom demais, funcionários super cordiais, academia com sauna muito boa; utilizei a esteira todos os dias para correr. Valeu a pena.

Ar condicionado antigo, barulhento. Precisava da mesa do quarto para utilizar o notebook para trabalhar e as cadeiras eram tipo poltrona, muito baixa, ficava bem desconfortável para trabalhar.

O hotel Nacional é excente, Os quartos são amplos com sala. Cozinha, quarto e banheiro. Limpo.

O atendimento de todos os funcionários é excelente. O café da manhã é maravilhoso.

Excelente localização. Fica bem na porta da estação tubo e do Shopping Estação. Só precisa atravessar a rua para entrar no shoping.

As janelas dos quartos são muito altas: começa a um metro e setenta do chão. E são muito pequenas. Praticamente não tem visão panorâmica

Atendeu minhas expectativas

Eu fui muito bem atendida, especialmente, pelo Gilberto da portaria, que foi bem atencioso comigo na chegada e na saída. Além disso, gostei da localização, da cama e do café da manhã.

O café preto poderia ser mais forte e poderia ter cortinas em todas as janelas da acomodação.

Eu tive que cancelar a reserva em cima da hora pois a exposição que eu visitaria foi cancelada. Tanto o Boking e o hotel foram muito atenciosos e não me cobraram por isso.

I booked a room for 4 people, but the room had only 2 beds ( 1 queen size, 1 single). I had to pay extra for another bed - Ridiculous.

For some strange reason, they only gave us one thin blanket, causing us to be quite cold the first night until we asked for a better blanket. The mattress was a bit too soft.

Central location.

Very old and worn out facilities, bureaucratic checkin, lack of 1 bed, unprepared and undiscerning check-in attendant in a trivial situation. I made the reservation for 4 people. Upon arrival, I checked in for 4 people, with full payment. In the room there were only 3 beds. Walls with puffy and moldy paint. Old and crumbling wallpaper. Old and uncomfortable furniture, pillows and mattresses. I requested the correction to the reception. After 45 minutes of waiting with no response, I contacted the front desk again. The attendant Manoel said he couldn't do anything and said that the mistake was mine or Booking's. I asked to call the manager. Only then the hotel added 1 bed in the same uncomfortable room. Incompatible price (very high) with such worn out facilities. Similar or slightly higher price, there are much better and cozy hotels. Anyway, impossible to return. I was deceived by the advertisement photos and, when I got there, the receptionist's incompetence was added.

terrível experience. only good thing they have going on for them is location. across the mall.

The main lobby guy was super rude. We arrived late at the night after a long drive from Florianópolis. it was the January 1st and we didn’t expect things to be closed. we were hungry and we needed help to get something to eat. the front desk didn’t help at all, was rude to us and messed up our room number when the only pizza place we found open returned my call. they didn’t explain anything about the hotel amenities. the room was SUPER dirty, old and crappy.
