Great stay but would be nicer to be more informed with checkout time

The room was cozy and just had your basic needs. Loved how clean it is and how convenient it is to come back and forth from Kyoto station. The location is just perfect.

It could have been better if the checkout times were a bit longer like 11am. I was charged for staying another hour. It would be nice to be more well informed and hope the staff will be able to stress-out the importance if checking out on time to avoid extra fees. I was only informed after i exceeded. Check-in time was also a bit longer than usual

same like hotel name “ Excellence “

cp value very good , the value price can get the large room with private toilet . room clean , every morning have change the clean towel set in front of door room with contactless. And also have provided free simple breakfast at the morning. This the reason I will reserve again when I visit Kyoto 👍🏻

If can to provide the laundry room will be perfect 👍🏻

it’s not possible to leave your luggage at the hotel after check out. check in time is quite late (4pm)

Exceeded expectations and definitely worth the money

It definitely exceeded my expectations. It was soo cheap compared to other hotels and I really thought the service would be sub-par. But to my surprise everything about this hotel is great. The staff is kind and hardworking. Here's everything you get - Wifi, TV, AC, fridge, towel, 2 mats, air dryer, nightgown, brush/paste, razor, cotton swabs, comb, slippers, hand wash, body wash, hair wash, conditioner I lived here for 4 days (3 nights), and the room service cleaned my room and provided towels, mats, and nightgowns every day. You also get breakfast - bread, butter, 3 types of jam, fruit juice, vegetable juice, mini ramen coffee/milk. I was shocked that they provided all this for such a low price.

I would like to stay in this hotel if I have chance.

The room was clean. Free breakfast was provided. The location is walking distance from Kyoto Station.

Budget hotel very near to Kyoto Jr Station

It was my new year holiday and I spent 3 nights at hotel and one thing is very convenient, the Kyoto JR station is very near to this hotel only 100 meter distance. Room is very small and very convenient for night stay but if you plan to stay for long time, it is not a good choice.

Only I got toothpaste and brush and other amenities. No coin laundry and dryers so washing is very difficult.

It's ok for a few nights of stay, 5-10 min walk from Kyoto Station. Room was nice and clean

The older lady at the reception could be more friendly or at least put a fake smile and make everyone happy, I arrived 2 houra before check-in and it seemed very annoyed by that even though I left my luggage and went sightseeing.
