I loved our stay here! The host was incredibly easy to get ahold of and super nice when i confused her by saying our door code didnt work but I just was at the wrong unit. The property was clean with plenty of towels and linens. The water heater doesn't quite get hot enough but overall a great stay! Great location to the beach and far enough down to not be super busy with other people. Plus she lets you use beach chairs and umbrella which was super nice! 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

I was in Ocala for business and decided to take a quick trip to beach. Lucky for me and my small family I found this listing . We booked our 4 day stay and it was nothing short of perfect! Loved how close everything was and not mention the property was in perfect condition and very cozy! Thank you Mary for our stay we look forward to our next possible stay with you!

We stayed at Clearwater beach few times before. The location is awesome, easy to go to beach and everywhere. The host responds message very quickly. The beach umbrella didn’t work when we checked in. She went out to get a new one right the way.

There were 3 units on the property and this was the one in the back. The unit that we stayed in was smaller but very nice and had everything we needed. It was just me and my daughter so there was enough room. The beach access was like 4 houses down the street but the street was quiet overall. Someone is building on the lot behind this one so it was a little noisy at times but not bad and not constant noise. I hope to stay there on our next trip.

Everything was ready for a great vacation! The property was super clean and super cute. Loved the close proximity to the beach and the off the street parking. We really appreciated the new beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. So thoughtful for those of us who arrive via the airport. Within walking distance to great restaurants (definitely try Crabby's Hideaway) and on the quiet end of the beach away from hotels and stores. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed the beach but didn’t enjoy the amount of dogs pooping without cleanup by the owners. Parking is hard to obtain away from the cottage. Had to park three times with someone blocking my designated parking space. The police don’t care if it is only blocked by 3 or 4 feet. They said that the area wasn’t marked as no parking along the street.

This was an amazing location, as the beach was just steps away. The cottage was cute, updated, and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Mary was also an excellent host.

My wife and I stayed here and everything was great. The house itself is pretty small but perfect for 2 people. Everything inside was very clean and up to date for the most part. They had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella, and cooler). It's about as close to the beach as you can get without actually being on the beach. Maybe 100 yards max to the sand. This end of the beach is much less crowded than down by the resorts so we had more privacy which is great. However, being secluded means you do have a longer walk. It's about a mile north from the roundabout and Pier 60. So factor that in if you plan on walking most of the time. Overall it was a terrific price for being extremely close to the beach and being a very nice little house.

We were very pleased with our stay! Just off of the beach, within walking distance of every store/restaurants, in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Mary responded very quickly to any messages. Definitely would book again!

I feel it was a nice location, but the place was rather poorly designed and badly furnished for the price I paid I should’ve had plenty of pots and pans, and if I was to use a toaster oven and use tinfoil, there would be tinfoil at the place, not dirty tinfoil in the toaster oven. I was supposed to put my food on so, very poor on the building and that the only thing that was nice is the location thanks bye

The cottage was a very quick & easy walk down to the beautiful white sand beach as advertised in the listing. The cottage itself was quiet & private, even though it's a shared property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & look forward to my next visit to Clearwater Beach!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here. The cottage is conveniently located right outside of the main strip, so much less foot traffic. It’s a quiet spot just off the beach, the setup is absolutely to die for! Mary, the host, was a pleasure as well. I could go on for awhile and we plan to return, very memorable stay.

Just about Everything was perfect. Steps to the sand. Cozy cottage for two. Immaculate. Near to all restaurants bars shopping and activities. A beautiful week. A few small things I didn’t cook too much becaus there isn’t a good counter space so we ate out mode meals and Wi-Fi did not work inside cottage had to go outside to use my iPad. So I sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine. No other issues We will def return

The property was a quiet little guest house tucked away a few steps down a paved drive with its own private courtyard with table, umbrella and chairs and 2 sun chairs. Property also provided beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, and cooler all for your convenience. The house was cozy and well kept. Very clean and intelligently arranged. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Kitchen had all the basics and even some ice packs in the freezer for the cooler. They even provided soap for the washing machine which was amazing to be able to take all clean clothes home from the beach! We were far enough from the big hotels to not have our views impeded but within walking distance of bars and restaurants and just a quick 2-3 minute drive to shopping and tourist shops. Host was easy and clear with communications and check in and checkout were a breeze. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again.

This place has everything you need for a beach getaway for two! Or if you have little ones. Incredibly close to the beach. Has all the amenities you need. The kitchen is fully stocked if cooking is your thing. And the outdoor space is a perfect place to enjoy your meals. If you can find an opening here, grab it while you can. You will not be disappointed!

Location is amazing. Loved being within a short walk to the less crowded end of the beach. Appreciated having beach accessories, a hose to wash off and a washer/dryer for post beach cleanup. Place was very clean and worked perfect for us and our two kids as they stayed on the couch bed. We only stayed a few nights but we would certainly recommend and had no regrets! P.S. good response from owner too and thorough check in info. Legit pizza at Alba around the corner. Plenty of other eating places within a short walking distance.

We loved the beach access, just steps away. The cottage is very clean and up-to-date. Everything you and your children will need to enjoy the beach is provided. Boogie boards, toy's, shovels, balls, cooler and the beach chairs are Tommy Bahama!The kitchen is fully functional with everything you will need to prepare a meal. Mary is a excellent host. I would definitely stay there again!

Unfortunately when we stayed they were doing construction next door so it wasn’t the quietest—just couldn’t sleep in. The overall property was quite nice. The washer/dryer was especially a plus! The owner was great with communication. The only negative thing I could say about the residence is that the shower pan was in need of a good scrub. Bed was comfortable. Loved how close it was to walk to the beach. Very reasonably priced.

Booked a last minute beach trip and stayed at Mary’s adorable cottage. The cottage was clean and everything was in working order. Got in late so dropped our bags and made the short short walk to the beach for the gorgeous sunset. Plenty to do for all ages within walking distance. Definitely will be back!

It’s a perfect location to have peace and quiet but walking distance to the restaurants, shopping and activities. This cozy little beach cottage is clean and well maintained and in the perfect location, just a few steps from the beach. It’s also just a short walk to downtown Clearwater Beach where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The owners provide everything needed for a beach vacation for two! Cute, quaint and clean. Great location for beach access and walkable bar/restaurant venues. Inexpensive trolley (stop one block away) for venues further away. Good amenities and great for a short stay. Full size washer/dryer very convenient. Bed was very comfortable but if you are a light sleeper noise from outside unit along the wall may be an issue. Large TV in living area was nice. Unfortunately no cable so local news was not available. Bathroom is small with no space for toiletries which could be remedied with some shelves above toilet. Well stocked for a short No ice maker in refrigerator/freezer. If taking a cooler to the beach (they provide one) and unable to carry the weight, consider bringing a caddy of some sort or a cooler on wheels. All in all a great place and much better than a hotel.

If you can walk 1/2 mile, you can get to resturants; half block to beach.. Parking is tight so the off street space is a big plus. Local trolly stop is nearby.

This property was perfect for a long weekend in Clearwater. It is small, but very clean and a great location. The beach is steps away and Clearwater Beach restaurants and attractions are very walkable. Mary was very responsive and flexible with changes I needed to make to my trip. We will stay again.

We loved our stay. We normally go to Destin, but decided to branch out this trip. We came across this listing in Clearwater and fell in love. The description was very accurate, the place was unique. It was prefect for the two of us. The beach access was less than a minute walk. We will defintely be back next year. Amazing!

The location of this unit was excellent. Literally steps from the beach! The downside for us, however, was that the apartment smelled like cigarettes. It was especially strong in the living room area and this was off-putting for us since we are non-smokers (and had our baby with us). Also, the oven didn’t not work. Mary provided a toaster oven/air fryer, but it was thanksgiving and we needed an oven. Mary was great at communicating with us though and accommodating given the circumstance. We also really appreciated having beach chairs and beach toys provided for us to use. Again, the location was perfect for us/anyone that loves easy beach access.

We really loved the location of this property. Although small, it’s perfect for 1 couple and literally 30 seconds to walk to the beach that is very private and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.
