hotel correct qui a un peu vieilli. j'irai plus au sunrise remal beach a la place qui lui est beau

hotel correctement situé (si on passe par le surise resort beach évidemment) buffet et petit déjeuner plus que correct. chambre assez spacieuse. personnel très gentil (meme s'il faut tjs passer par le responsable à la fin). resto plage pratique et gratuit mais ultra limité (pizza et pas de café). merci au responsable qui finalement ne nous a pas fait payer un supplément lié a une légère erreur dans la reservation (1 personne reprise au lieu de 2 malgré une chambre familiale pour 4)

l'animation piscine. trop bruyante. aucun équipement (tennis, padel, masque plongée, ballon,...) touriste russe, ukrainien et italien. (donc bruyants, chaises prises tot, pas un sourire, musique gsm a fond)... les restos spécifiques, pas d'atomosphère. pas de cartes disponibles... pas possible de nage a la plage sauf si on prend son masque pour faire plongée plus loin. pas possible d'avoir une chambre famille a 4 alors que les lits sont là et que les chambres familliales sont suffisement grandes (n'importe quoi pour vous faire prendre 2 chambres). (enfants de -12 ans et - 4ans seulement)!!!

Very nice stay!

The hotel was very clean, both in the restaurant and the grounds. Beautifully designed outside and lovely flowers. The reef was beautiful. Staff were always excited to share what they had seen on the reef that day. The hotel was smaller than others but I liked that. Our room had a lovely view of the pool, easy access and close to the restaurants. The staff were very friendly, big smiles and always there to help. We especially liked Mohamed who served us our drinks on the terrace outside at the main buffet. I would come back, had a very nice stay. I think it will be very good once they finish construction.

Noise on the beach due to construction. Music at the pool and on the beach was too loud, it should be peaceful. Animation kept us up one night as the music was so loud, the bass was vibrating our room. Had rabbits and chickens in a pen all day and night for Easter celebration which was strange and cruel. Not sure why that was necessary? Staff asked for good reviews

Exceptional staff, amazing place

This was our 1st time in Sharm El-Sheikh and at this resort. Let me say from the outset the staff we exceptional. They made us feel very welcome and catered to all needs even the one we didn't know we had. The resort has everything you need. The Al-a-Carte restaurants we very good especially the Indian. The pool area is clean tidy and the staff once again we exceptional. The pool bar served drinks all day with staff attending us very quickly, we very rarely had to wait for a drink. The bar had a nice selection of drinks that were included and again the staff made it amazing. As above the staff made us wait very rarely. The entertainment in the evening was very good and catered to both children and adults. The rooms were clean, tidy and a good size. We would like to mention Shbei was an absolute star and our trip would not have been as great as it was without him. A true gentleman. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. Well done.

这家店应该是Sunrise旗下性价比最高的酒店，服务人员都热情礼貌，印象深刻的是员工Arm，每次在酒店里遇见他都会礼貌的用中文给我们问号，非常亲切。酒店离机场约20分钟车程，离悬崖咖啡厅约30分钟车程，酒店位置打车还是比较方便。房间的设施齐全，干净整洁，每日都有保洁整理房间和更换浴巾，迷你吧提供免费的饮料，下午还有员工送上水果和甜品。酒店的三餐也非常的可口，早午餐是自助餐，晚餐我们单独预定的印度餐厅和墨西哥餐厅，非常可口。酒店的私人海滩离酒店10分钟步行距离，有免费的摆渡车来回，沙滩上也有迷你吧可提供饮品，海滩可免费浮潜，珊瑚保护较好，鱼也很多，我待的2天海上浪大，清晰度稍微打了点折扣。晚上大厅里有音乐演奏，在吧台点一杯饮料，听着音乐，多么美妙惬意！

Great chill winter holiday in Egypt

Sunrise remal is an amazing resort situated only 2’ (by bus) or 5’ by foot. The rooms are really spacious and deep cleaned every day thanks to Abanoub who did an amazing job cleaning ours. The buffet restaurant was very nice with a lot of healthy options (however if you are looking for fries etc you won’t find much or very often). There was also the option to reserve “a la Carte” restaurants (with the options of Mexican, Indian, Mediterranean and Egyptian) which were all really good. Big thanks to the “a la carte” restaurant manager Mohammed who has always being so kind and professional with us. There are different bars around the resort as well who serve very lovely drinks all day. Lastly we would like to thank Max from the international animation as well as Sara, Lucrezia and Micol from the Italian animation team who have always been so nice to us for the whole of our stay.

Unfortunately, beside Max and the Colombian guy, the rest of the international team did not even speak to us once (although we were international) which we found very rude (as it is their job) and did not do any activity throughout the day (they were just talking to people at the beach and nothing else) so we were wondering what was their job (?)

Mindenkin látszik, hogy a vendégekért vannak és arra törekszenek, hogy mindenki jól érezze magát a nyaralásán és szép emlékekkel távozzon. Az animátorok folyamatosan csinálják a programokat a nap minden szakában. Az ételek nagyon szépen voltak mindig tálalva és finomak, ízletesek voltak. Minden étkezésnél bőven volt választék, a tálcák, tálak azonnal cserélve lettek, ha lefogytak. A pincérfiúk is nagyon kedvesek, előzékenyek. Mindenkiről tudják második naptól, mit szeret inni és már viszik is az asztalhoz a vendégnek. A hotel vezetője és a konyha atyja saját maga sétál a vendégek között és érdeklődnek a nyaralók hogylétéről, elégedettségéről. Mindenki kérésének próbálnak eleget tenni. Nekem nagyon szép emlékeim lettek a hotelban töltött 9 nap alatt, bármikor visszamennék és bárkinek szívből ajánlom korosztálytól függetlenül.

Azt nem bántam volna, ha sétatávolságra van egy bevásárló, de végülis a Soho sincs messze, a taxi pedig aprópénzért elvisz A hotel boltjaiba szerintem kicsit elszaladtak az árakkal.

The room cleaning is good. Pool stay is good. Beach bar soft drinks is served good. Shahrazad restaurant is great.

Mask and fens renting is so expensive and the tools is not very good. Mask and fens rent staff CRM is not very good. Beach snacks restaurant staff CRM is so bad.

Amazing resort

A 10 star hotel , starting from the check in process ( very nice refreshing welcome drink, cold face towel, lots of smiles) thank you Mr Bassem reception manager and Mr Amr as well for your kindness, the room was amazing, very spacious and clean, amazing pool and sea view, Ibrahim from room service was very nice and polite man, he makes towel art every day and alway double check with you if you need anything, pool was amazing and the animation team were super fun with lots of activities during the day. The food were good and although it was very crowded but the quality was super and I enjoyed every single meal. Snack bar have a super yum pizza and burgers you don’t want to miss ice cream all day. Also a very special thanks to Ahmed the pool bar man for his kindness and amazing refreshing cocktails. Sunrise remal resort staff felt like family and I can’t wait for my next vist.

amazing experience, really enjoyed it.

- Hotel Staff were helpful and very friendly, especially Mr. Bassem FOM very decent and professional. - Room is clean, nice furniture, my room was pool view, very near and with a good view. - Main pool is wide and nice place to spend enjoyable time. - I booked in Remal resort, but I got the bracelet of Remal beach, and that was amazing to have all the facilities near to the beach. - The beach is Coral very good spot for snorkeling. - The pool bars and snakes restaurants were very nice, and the staff there are very friendly and welcome you in a very pleasant way.

- No sandy access to the beach, so for whom can`t swim very well it will be hard to enjoy the beach there. - Food at the main restaurant could be much better.

very difficult to get help due to inadequate knowledge about area and facilities. Constant issues with room. air conditioner never fully worked.

Me and my friend enjoyed the stay everything was helpful and too our liking we didn’t have any problems at all.

The staff were very helpful especially the bar man Elsayed Zaher who was the most friendliest person since we arrived made sure we knew where to go and for what time even helped us with places to eat and and tourist attractions, he made the highlight of the holiday. He was selfless and although there was a language barrier he did not make us feel like a burden and took the time to listen and help us. We will never forget you, thanks a lot Elsayed Zaher.

Working stared a lot which made us feel very uncomfortable, mosquito device was as great as we ended up still getting bites.
