We had reserved Sunrise Remal Beach Resort, but during our stay it was still closed for renovations, so we were offered alternative accommodation in the same conditions at the sister hotel Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort. Therefore, this review refers to Sunrise Arabian. The property is exceptionally well maintained, the all-inclusive package is very diverse, and the staff is always prompt in responding to any requests. There are several different pools, and we particularly enjoyed the "Relax" (adults-only) pool, which was quiet and not crowded. The food at the international buffet restaurant NORA was good quality, and everything was quickly replenished. The hotel has a small house reef with easy access from a pontoon, where snorkeling was very pleasant, as we could see many colorful fishes every day. The room was large, with good bathroom amenities, and a nice view (garden and partial sea-view) from the balcony. Very beautiful gardens too.

We had booked our stay about 6 months in advance, but when the dates approached it turned out Sunrise Remal Beach Resort was still closed for renovation. After communicating with the hotel (chain) staff, we were promptly offered alternative accommodation at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort, in the same conditions, at no extra cost. Therefore, this review refers to Sunrise Arabian. Check-in and check-out were swift and simple, so the alternative offer was correctly registered in their system. We also received a complimentary room upgrade. The location is also relatively close to the airport, about 15 min. by taxi. Sunrise Arabian is excellently designed and maintained, with beautifully landscaped gardens and enough facilities to cater for so many guests. Although we heard that during our stay it was almost fully booked, it never felt crowded. There were enough sun loungers by the pools and at the beach, tables in the main restaurant NORA were quickly prepared for the next guests, food always replenished etc. The all-inclusive package allows guests to use the a-la-carte restaurants as well, but we were extremely satisfied with restaurant NORA, with a wide variety of Arabic and international food, fresh salads, fruits, excellent bread and pastries, so we could choose our favourite things every day. All the staff we saw in the resort were very professional, efficient and polite. I will not mention any names here, because literally all the staff we saw and interacted with were very nice - in the NORA restaurant and the Churchill bar, at the pool (we mainly used the Relax adults-ony pool and at the beach pontoon, at the reception, the room cleaning staff, the gardeners and so on. We were impressed by how well organized all the hotel operations are: the restaurant hall supervisors, the head chef, the guest relations representative, and even the resort's general manager are always around and open to communicating with the guests.

The stuff and location are exceptional. The food was pretty good.
The hotel is a bit old and that feels when you are there. The AC had a very bad smell, but was fixed when asked about it. The drinks are very poor quality.

We stayed at the sister resort Arabian which is honestly the best place we have ever stayed at. The food to the snorkeling off the jetty. Wow wow wow. Clean rooms friendly staff.

Best holiday we ever had! Everything was perfect: great variety of food&drinks, services, pools, room&view, cleaning, staff was super nice and helpful, corals & fish are beautiful, entertainment day&night, shops in the hotel (mini market with local sweets & snacks, sunglasses & jewellery, perfume shop with oils, teas and spices, etc). The hotel is close to the airport (10 minutes by taxi), but it is not disturbing or noisy at all. The corals and fish are amazing!!! You can only go into the water through a not very long jetty (we could see longer ones in the neighbour hotels), however there is a small sandy beach but the water is shallow, and you can't go deeper due to the corals. Unfortunately, many people tried to get into the water through the corals, which destroys the corals, that's why I mention it. Hotel offers diving services as well for extra charge, but snorkeling is more than enough, we could see hundreds of different kind of fish all the time during snorkeling, smaller and 1meter long ones as well, and pink,blue, green, red, yellow corals. Every day we saw something new while snorkeling, it was amazing! Lots of sunbeds available by the pools and the beach as well. Evening entertainment was in the sister hotel (Sunrise Remal resort - 100meters walk or 2 minutes with the hotel bus), so this hotel (Beach) is more quiet, and in my opinion this hotel is better if you prefer relaxing more than to party. I highly recommend this hotel if you like snorkeling rather than just swimming in the sea, and if you like good food, good beer, and friendly & super helpful staff and want to have a relaxing holiday!

The reef is one of the best, good management and employees, spacious room, a great time ! Mai Thai restaurant is the best of the à la carte options ! The buffet is decent !

everything was perfect. We stayed for 6 nights for our honeymoon. We loved sharm, but we liked the sunrise remal more. The location is very close to the airport. You can reach anywhere by negotiating with the taxi at the hotel. We would like to thank all the staff of the hotel, but especially the front office manager Mr Adel, the pool bar team and of course Amr, the reception team, the market operator. thank you for your efforts.
overall everything was good but animation could be improved. dessert was almost the same every day, food could be better too. but besides all this, the incredible interest of the hotel staff is most valuable of all.

10 star hotel. This resort at the red sea is the best you can imagine. Everything and everyone made our holiday amazing.
This is my second stay here, and it was even better then befor.
The beautiful surroundings, our sea view room, the delicious food, spotless clean.
The people are so kind and friendly. Starting from the reception, the restaurant, the beach bars, lifeguards, room cleaners, managing team.
They are not staff, they became are are friends and new family for life.
Everyday we went snorkeling at the house reef ras nasrani. It's so stunning and healthy corals and marine life. We felt safe and welcome everywhere.
As a bonus, we got free ealry check inn, and free late checkout and food. Thank you again to the manager.
We wil be back soon my friends.

Excellent resort with very helpful and courteous staff. Right on the seafront with a large number of umbrellas and sunbeds which are very well spaced out and not crowded. The resort has a great choice of restaurants, unlimited food and drink including wine, free drinks are served throughout the day at numerous points which means no waiting at the bar.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. amazing beach, and most importantly the team of the hotel, Ali Mustafa and Mr Muhammad from Chimichuri we’re so kind and welcoming to our family and our little boy. Pica from the reception was wonderful guide and super nice. seed Muhammad the Bartender from the lobby bar as well worth mention.

It was the best choice to stay in Sunrise Real Beach. Nice location, without strong wind - while nearby beaches were closed because of stormy weather, we could swim and snorkel in our reef. Food is standard for Egypt, but always fresh and varying. Good coffee and there are coffee machines in every bar, even near the pool and beach. Beach area is calm and large - animation program usually takes place near the pool. There was a lot of families with children, but it was quiet and there were plenty of activities for them. Additional thanks to all the staff in the main restaurant, and Bika from reception. They made our stay really comfortable.

The room was lovely with nice view.
Food was repetitive and catered to Russians. The la carte restaurants were horrible. At the Thai place, the chicken curry was chicken in a ketchup based sauce, with no veg or rice. The beef green curry was beef in a gravy with no veg or rice. The Thai resto manager got upset when we wanted to leave without eating the food even though I explained that the food did not match the description on the menu.
Some of the animation team and sales guys on beach were rude and aggressive.
Everything closes early, before the sun goes down. Pool, snorkelling Dock closes at 5pm and towels need to be returned before then.
There is a light house tower to watch the sunset but this is pointless as it's only open 5-530pm and sunset is around 6.30pm.
Some were playing trashy Russian music on the beach loudly, there should be a rule against this as its disrespectful to people who want a relaxing holiday.
I asked for a gluten free breakfast box as we had a early flight. I reminded reception twice that it should be gluten free. It was full of gluten based items.

I loved the coral reef in front of the hotel...I think it was one of the best I have seen during the week. I loved the beach and all facilities like swimming pools and diving center. The room was a bit old style but very clean and comfortable. The hotel was super clean and buffets were good. Staff was all super nice and friendly. Unfortunately, Last night we had a strange issue in the room like someone enter in our room when we were out but nothing was missed...so it will remain as a mistery...no was nice but we forgive the inconvenient comparing the rest of the week that was perfect.

terrible Food Choice !!! every day the same. day 1 grilled chicken, next day same chicken sliced and third day same pieces covered by sause. Exact same menu as 4 star sunrise nearby (our friends stayed there). no fresh juice, I saw them mixing water and powder. fruits only banana tangerine apple and that’s it. all furniture super
old. water coming out in the bathroom brown color. it all needs renovation. only 1 kind of fish during 11 days, not even once shrimps or any sea food. total disappointment.
