grande déception en fonction du rapport qualité/prix

literie convenable piscine et plage y compris déplacement avec le petit train : OK personnel sympa

- réservé chambre avec balcon; arrivés dans la chambre, balcon mais avec un grand mur sans balustrade => donc aucune vue (que le ciel), une vraie prison... (éviter les chambres Nos 320 + 321 + 322 + 323 !!!) Après réclamation, obtenu une autre chambre mais toujours pas identique aux photos figurants sur Booking. - avons dû nettoyer les 2 chaises + la table du balcon => énormément de poussières, de sable et autres fientes d'oiseaux - repas au buffet : trop souvent tiède et non pas chaud....

Camera da troppo tempo chiusa e maleodorante di umidità , materasso non se datato , comunque con la conca nel centro . Manca nel box doccia il poggiapiedi che serve per lavarsi i piedi più agevolmente ( sopratutto per clienti anziani . Good food. Best option having Breakfast and Dinner in my reservation.

The stay was nice, but the price for the hotel's services is too high for the average offer

The environment of the Hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly

The hotel could pay more attention to the quality of its cook, the food in the evenings was very tasteless every single evening For the price that the hotel is asking for, they could better equip the sunbeds on the beach because they were very uncomfortable compared to the white sunbeds of the Conrad

Perfect place to stay in Chia

Where do I start? The food was amaizing, you can eat everything you want at breakfast and dinner, from vegetarian dishes, to meat, pasta and manny more. Every employee that was working there was really insolved and you could see that they would help you with everyhing that they could. The truck that took us to the beach was really nice, the cleaningless from the beach and resort was on point. Perfect place to stay!

The only thing that we were expecting was to have more tradițional italian dishes, but it is only a preference of ours, nothing else to complain

Beautiful although room for improvement.

The grounds are very pretty with lots of well kept bushes and flowers etc. The pool area was nice and had a lifeguard on duty. The room was cleaned every day which is helpful when you have kids and a sandy beach. Food was excellent! Our daughter loved the little train that takes you to the beach! Kids club was ok although I wasn’t convinced enough to leave my 4 year old, that doesn’t speak Italian, on her own with them at the kids pool. The kids disco was great, although it didn’t start till 9pm which I think is too late after long days at the beach!

Our room was quite small (Garden View Triple) and there was limited space to put clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase. The bathroom was ok, albeit tired and looked like a child had done the sealant round the bath. Shower unit chrome was rusty and the shower unit was positioned poorly on the side wall of the bath, leaving very little room to stand and dangerous to children in the bath. The toilet seat was wobbly and even though we asked for it to be fixed, it wasn’t. The air con had a mind of its own. It worked but even though we set it on high and 16 degrees, the room never got very cold - it seemed to be powered by someone else.

Did not let things spoil what was a good holiday in a great location, hotel is over priced

Sat outside each day and loved it, plenty of variety, small problem with wasp's.

Noisy Neighbours, teenagers in rooms opposite us wit parents at other side of block, they slept well we did not. We complained, it stopped then started again. 5 out of 7 nights with interrupted sleep, I had to deal with the problem myself one of the nights. Should always have kids next to parents room.

Fantastic, we were looking to book next year’s trip before we’d checked out.

fantastic, friendly helpful staff. Beautiful beach and pool. Incredibly tasty food (even the ‘half-board buffet’ - for any Brits reading this, Butlins it ain’t).

Nothing about the property, but pack mosquito repellant and antihistamine!

In Summary, more a 3* Plus than a 4*.

Location close to nice beaches. Hotel with nice green ornements (shrub, flowers). Good service, always ready to help and to come to pick up you with luggage in order to go to reception. Rooms can be far (200-300) meters form reception.

Industrial Hotel where food restaurant was really average level and always the same. Room was not the expected one as booked (2 joint beds instead of 1 double bed as booked with booking). Fortunately, the Hotel care of its customers and change beds to one double bed. For a 4 Star Hotel was also missing some beauty product and tea necessaries in the room. At the beach, we could also have the feeling to be considered as second class of people as we could only have access to the 3rd row of long beach chairs (probably first rows reserved for the 5* star hotel of same Hotel Group). Always bad to receive negative experience during such stay.
