Pude ir como mis hijas a la discoteca jejejeje o sea es un ambiente sano y no tienes que salir de ahí

En el restaurante no te puedes tomar un café , debes de ir al área de piscina , entiendo yo que cuando comes normalmente te tomas un café , no te sirven un chupito de orujo que no se bebe alcohol solo es cerveza o vino ( la cerveza y vino que es ? )

Pesimo!!! No volvemos!

Nada es una mentira que el alojamiento está a 500 metros de la playa !Est a 1,400 m

Nada el personal no servicial ,Las únicas amables fueron las de la recepción!Limpieza 0 ,La comida no variada y un caos en el comedor ! No hay organización! El hotel no es 4 estrellas!El todo incluido es una mentira opaca variedad de bebida !

El servicio del personal , perfecto desde recepción a servicio de habitaciones , los y las camareras de lis bares y comedor , perfectos y perfectas

La calidad del buffeett , de las copas , el suelo de la piscina , no hay mesa que esté quieta o plana Los colchones de las habitaciones , muy deficientes.

The area and its was clean

The false advertisement, lack of facilities for children, lack of entertainment, pool times. Also staff weren't great.

Location is really good

We went on the first May bank holiday, it appeared there wasn't enough staff on bars or restaurants. They wouldn't allow me to extend room at checkout. I was, however, able to book a further night through booking.com

Location

Being going for 20 years. No AC inside which is turned off. No more massive selection of upper terrace all day snacks this now in reduced section downstairs constantly running out of supply. Massive staff reductions. No removing of evening tables and chairs so not enough room for sun loungers.

Family fun in the sun

Very clean, lots of areas to sit around

2 bed apartment was just one room, so for 3 adults and one child it was very small, no privacy from each other. Sun loungers very uncomfortable, not adjustable to sit up. Children not allowed play with a ball in the pool or floaties even though the hotel shop sells them. One of the lifeguards was particularly rude.

Don't think i would stay here again

The hotel itself was lovely. The cleaners came in every day but only to change towels and make the bed. The floor was not cleaned and the bedding was not changed.

The food was very bland and cold. We only ate there 2 days then ate out

the staff were lovely and friendly. Ricardo was really good with teaching everyone the salsa. rooms were very clean

on our final evening there was a lot of noise and people were doing a lot of talking outside our room, so struggled to sleep. AC didn’t work. TV is too small for the room

We had a fantastic stay. Staff in all areas of the hotel were fantastic and truly care about their jobs.

Brilliant!

Great value for money, plenty to do with kids. Wasn’t sure what to expect travelling in April but it was amazing. Entertainment every night and kids club. Although we didn’t use the kids club it was offered and on twice a day. Will definitely be back again!

travelled out of season (early October) so the main pool was closed. other pool was too busy.
