They could have made more effort in decorating the 3 yacuzzi areas that looks very dark and dull, and give you pool towels to use, we had to bring with us the bathroom towels.

Other than the stolen locks + poor customer service thereof+ the missing breakfast buffet, it was ok
The complex is quite nice and pretty much what you see on the pics. The setting amid olive trees and the pools are quite something
Breakfast was NOT a buffet, one had to choose btw sour or sweet, no mix possible... Our bike locks were stolen from the bike room, there was no compensation, no insurance etc of any kind, that loss made our stay 20% more expensive (100 was the approximate value of these locks)

wonderful place to rest and relax with the family with great opportunities for other activities
It's a very special place thanks to its huge territory. Appartments are placed within the olive trees plantation what makes it a very unique experience, extremly quiet and relaxing. Delicious and excellent quility/price restaurant (we loved the buffet with vegetables). Swimming pools are very good. Just 20 minutes drive from the see side, closed to Massa Maritima but hidden in the nature. Therefore a wonderful place to relax.
for such a big and family friendly resort we would expect a better playground (bigger, with more toys). The current one is very basic.
