Deben de especificar precio de las mascotas antes de que la gente se hospede.
Hotel chiquito pero acogedor
Cobran por las mascotas (perrito) $400 pesos por noche, pero no dicen al principio. Cobran ya que te vas. Si hubieran dicho al principio no me quedó.

Pésimo. Ten cuidado, nada es lo que esperas.

Tienen un trato pésimo para los que reservan en "booking". Además de que los precios son mucho más caros por medio de esta app, las habitaciones no están listas a las 12-13 PM. Hasta que llegas te dicen que para los de "booking" están listas hasta las 3pm. Qué sentido tiene ofrecer su posada en esta web si nada de lo que dicen es cierto. Inclusive la misma forma de pago es diferente. En lugar de hacerte una estancia agradable, te la complican desde el principio. Durante mi estancia había muchas otras personas hospedadas inconformes con todo. Algunos prefirieron irse y a otros les regresaron su dinero.

Disappointing
When I arrived they told me they didn't have any room available. Even when I have my reservation booked and confirmed. I had to wait one hour until they could find a solution. They gave me a room from another guest that hasn't arrived yet. So I guess they had the same problem later. The bathroom had a very bad smelling. The room was not so clean. I would not recommend the place because they don't respect the reservations
