About this house rental

Stansbury sits on the pristine waters of Oyster Bay in Gulf St Vincent, located on the Yorke Peninsula, a little over two hours drive from Adelaide.
With beautiful sandy beaches, new playground and plenty of barbeque areas, Hotel, cafe, post office, hairdresser, butcher, chemist, petrol station, IGA, museum, information centre, golf course and tennis it is the perfect destination for a family holiday.
Only a short walk from the Villas will find you on the beach, jetty, boat ramp or main street of Stansbury. It is a great base to explore the lovely coast and country towns of Southern YP and the rugged Innes National Park with its surf beaches, cliffs and many shipwrecks.
A short drive from Stansbury will get you to Edithburgh, Yorketown and Port Vincent.
Relax in the comfort of our small home next to our 4 fully self contained holiday units, great for the weekend away or a group holiday while having your own privacy in your own home.
It has 2 bed rooms with a double bed in one room and a set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on top in the other room.
Lounge, dining, full kitchen, and shower and toilet, LCD TV, DVD player, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner,
pillows, quilts and blankets are provided, you will need to bring your own linen.
Linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
No smoking inside.
No pets.

There is 2 driveways for parking, shared Laundry, under cover BBQ area and a shaded fish cleaning area.

We regularly visit the villas about once a year and every time it has been a great experience. We have visited the units, cottage, and house. Perfect budget friendly accommodation for families. Peter and Deborah are very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond if there are any issues.

This property was neat and tidy. Every morning we left and headed off to explore other towns. Stansbury is near to everything. The air con worked amazing and the beds were so comfortable.

On arrival property was older and def needed new outdoor setting. It was cosy, clean and due to summer was very cool with aircon and back verandah. It was close to shops, beach and grandkids loved the bunks....maybe a new mattress on double bed bottom bunk as very hard and lumpy.....we had a ball with the grandkids and would stay again 😊👍

There is no dish rack, knives are dull, no scourer, back door entry is untidy that turns off first impression, did not find any broom to clean, your vacuum is too old and very noisy and without extension cable, the oven and grill did not work following the thunders and lightning night.

We were surprised that the place was pretty comfortable and cosy although it was an old building.It was relatively clean and had most stuffs we needed except for the lack of heaters, which would be helpful as it was pretty chilly at night. An additional dish towel with a few more bowls and eating plates would be good. Do place extra toilet rolls as one is not sufficient. An anti-slip mat in the shower area will help as it can be slippery.Overall, we had a wonderful time as location is great.

The holiday and location was great. The cleanliness of the property was not good. We had to clean the outside of the air con and filter, due to dust particles flying out. Large cobwebs every on outside dining table and verandah. Not swept or mopped inside, with bugs everywhere. Condition of mattress in spare room like sleeping on a board.

Quite roomy for a 2 bedroom place and has everything you need for a great stay. Back yard is a bonus. Short walk to pub and supermarket. 2 minute walk to see amazing sunrises over Adelaide.

We booked and arrived knowing property was old and basic and we were ok with that. We were not ok with the disgusting state of cleanliness. Would never ever recommend this property to anyone. Had to buy disinfectant and clean before we would even use facilities. On the upside Stansbury is a lovely place and we will return but to different accommodation.

Was ok the only complaint was a lot of small flying bugs inhabited the toilet, kitchen and lounge. Luckily they were not in the bedrooms. I think they live in the buffalo grass outside thehouse

Great place to stay located conveniently within walking distance to the town centre and jetty. House itself was clean and very accurately represented by the pictures on the website. Check in was quick and efficient as was check out. Would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Arrived Good Friday kitchen cupboard doors dirty and greasy also cooker top needed cleaning took my husband over half hour to clean also electric kettle did no work had to buy one ,screen doors back and front had holes in flyscreens so flys were getting in when we had doors open no hairdryer, fridge smelt, fan over cooker did not work bbq outside was dirty so could not use ,blinds in bedroom not closing. Will not be using Stansbury Villas again . Stansbury is a beautiful place
