Position close to Shops and Restaurants

Arrived early about noon and cleaner said we could not have room till 2pm. That was the usual arrival time so we accepted that but other facilities usually are more obliging if room ready. When we went back around 4 pm we had to call a number and were told that room was unlocked and key inside. Very impersonal and did not see reception opened all the time we were there. Seemed like caretaking was off site. Perhaps the facility is for sale. Was ordinary.

Excellent.

Very clean, great locaton, only a short walk to shops.pubs and restaurants. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower, large room and separate kitchen. Reasonable price, Beachfront Motel exceeded our expectations.

Estancia perfecta

Llegamos un poco más tarde de lo esperado y nos esperaron sin ningún problema. Josh fue muy amable. Hacía frío por la noche cuando llegamos y habían puesto la calefacción para recibirnos con la habitación calentita, fue genial. Estaba todo muy limpio. La localización es perfecta. Sin lugar a dudas repetiríamos 100%.

Definitely will stay here again. Great value for family getaway

It was affordable and close by to everything. Had a car port , so can’t get wet in winter. ( love this as no one likes to unload and load in the rain ) car park right out side your room . Very clean Accommodated us for arriving late . And the best part was it had great WiFi to keep the kiddos happy 😀

Exceptional

Clean room. Nice bathroom, comfy bed, adequate little kitchen i didnt use. Good place to spend the night on a trip along the Great ocean road. Park directly outside your room, and petrol station next door. Nice Chinese restaurant and pub nearby, along with a good selection of other restaurants.

Simple but functional room, convenient location, good host.

Good location, great manager who gave you local tips and recommendations. Carport out the front is great in bad weather.

Had two single armchairs, but no couch.

Good location, modern inside but no staff or cleaning done.

Location in centre of the town. the kitchen and bathroom were all new. Nice sized bedroom with chairs and a coffee table

Dusty in cupboard and kitchen. We stayed two nights and did not have any discount for the 2nd night but the bed was not made and no extra tea or coffee put out. When we arrived we had to phone the owners to find out our room details and it was only 4pm. No instructions had been sent like other motels do.

Amazing location, so close to the beach and super clean with all the needs of a quick motel stay.

The motel was in the perfect location! It's across the road from the main beach in Apollo Bay and on the main street. We were able to walk to dinner, check out the local shops and visit the beach easily. The rooms were very clean, obviously looked after well and the staff were really nice.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, it was all really nice for a motel. We needed a place to sleep for the night before heading further along the coast and this was perfect for that.

We loved the location across from the beach as well as the large airy room, separate kitchen comfortable beds in a good location.

Check in by telephone was challenging as we do not have an Australian phone number. Luckily Skype worked. Other travellers should ensure they have cell phone access.

Great location near beach with easy access to Port Campbell and it’s sights. Lots of eateries at a variety of prices. Mu

Light and bright, lots of space and comfortable bed. Conveniently placed close to beach, shops and eateries.

Chatting neighbours outside talking. Freezer need’s defrosting. Whirring noise outside during the night.

location was great

I see the bathroom has been updated but the towels were not. If you’re going to update the space go that bit further and get new towels please. The room was serviced only by changing the old towels to new old towels. When this was done the staff would have walked past the bed …. but didn’t make it?This goes without saying in ANY motel you pay $250.00 for per night. Please adjust these things to ensure I mark the smiling face for all categories next time.

Fantastic location, but please replace your towels!

Great location. Right opposite beach and right next to shops and cafes. Easy parking.

Please replace your towels! I think they’ve been used about 500,000 times! They’re frayed, very old and tattered. I felt gross using them.
