Been to Caye Caulker many times, this was the best place so far…I will book again in a heartbeat.

Our condo was amazing. It had everything we needed. New coffee pot. Good utensils. Some spices. Nice fridge. The place was super clean. It takes a bit to get hot water from the roof to our first floor room. Pool was great. The staff was just plain awesome. Super close to Frenchies Dive Services. Chicken wagons super close with awesome, reasonably priced food.

Exceptional

I was surprised by the quality of the accommodation and the look and feel of Caye Caulker, and will be recommending both as destinations for travellers to Belize.

Nothing comes to mind. The building doesn't have a lift, which some travellers might find a problem.

A perfect spacious place for a family on the island.

Very big and comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Great location, just a minute from the Split and a very short walking distance from everything. very nice pool and an extra rooftop with a jacuzzi for sunsets. Perfect place for a family on the island. Don’t miss out a takeaway from Chef Kareem right outside.

Would definitely book this again, did not see anywhere I'd rather have stayed.

Excellent location just a stone's throw from the split on the seafront. From the roof and top floor great views out to sea. Plenty of space in the apartment. Roof area great for an evening drink/ picnic, jacuzzi looked good (but did not use). Bobbi was a brilliant host helping us out with all sorts of queries and arrangements. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and also when we changed apartments.

We loved everything in our apartment and the location however for some reason we found the pool area a bit unappealing so did not use it (other guests did). The kitchen did not have a huge amount of equipment but we did not use much of it anyway. We stayed in the penthouse (no 6) and the floor below (no 4) and found the penthouse lighter and airier with slightly nicer decor.

Only complaint was bed was very stiff and my back hurt upon waking up.

Sea front well equipped condo, great for families but lots of stairs.

Very friendly host that arranged for taxi pickup. Well equipped room with a kitchen and 2 rooms with bathrooms. Comfortable bed and good A/C.

very little water pressure in the showers, mattress/bedding could use an upgrade, construction on the unit next door did sometimes affect the tranquility

Great accommodation!!!

The accommodation was spacious, clean and centrally located. The pool and rooftop jacuzzi were a nice bonus. Caye Reef Condos provides complimentary drinking water and WiFi. The place really felt like home. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay on Caye Caulker!

Service at Caye Reef Condos was great. They arranged pick-up from the airport and someone met us when we arrived to let us in to the room and tell us about the amenities. We took out the paddle boards and someone even walked over to make sure we got them ion the water and didn't have any issues. Looking forward to staying with them again next month!

A wonderful stay!

Property was so lovely. Clean, super spacious, great pool and wonderful local. Staff was so helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend

The location is great, on the Main Street right in front of franchise dive center, the staff were really kind and helped us with our luggage and even took our luggage for free to the ferry dock when we didn’t have cash for a taxi on our way back to Belize city

Clean, well maintained.

Some amenities were missing when we got there. Didn’t give us the same room as pictures and promised. After mentioning multiple times, I booked a beach view, we were given the bottom one.
