Rigtig flot sted, men ineffektiv Aircondition forværrede oplevelsen af lejligheden markant.

Beliggenheden var perfekt. Man var tæt på færgen, frugtmarkedet og en masse forskellige restauranter. Især tagterrassen var også lækker. Køkkenet og badet fungerede også, som det skulle.

Vi overnattede fem nætter. Under hele opholdet formåede vi ikke at få Aircondition til at virke. Vores lejlighed var lummer, fugtig og til tider ugidelig varm at være i. Da vi prøvede at kontakte personalet omkring det, var svartiderne ofte lange, og vi fik aldrig løst problemet.

The Weather, the terrace on roof was very nice,

I didn't get the apartment at the front of the building which was the one I was offered , the one I got at back was very noisy all night and dark ,

Old world charm with all the modern conveniences!

I loved the apartment itself. Clean and the balconies were great. I loved the location and the area was amazing. The host was really nice and super helpful as well.

The air conditioning wasn’t working at the start but a repair person came the next day.

Steps up to the sun terrace (52). Spacious bed a little hard. Natural light into apartment dulled.

Sol & Ria, a perfectly comfortable modern apartment in an old-world setting.

We thought that Sol & Ria provided an excellent accommodation. It's located in a quiet little alley a block from the buzz and noise of the main boulevard near the iconic Fish and Vegetable Markets and the marina park. Although it was located in the old-world Baixia area, the interior was up to the same standards as a modern hotel. Because of our short stay, we didn't use any of the modern kitchen utilities that were available for longer stays. Wonderful restaurants are everywhere.

We would have really enjoyed some outdoor space, like a balcony, associated with the apartment, but the wonderful park and associated restaurants were just a stone's throw away. There was no free parking available with the apartment, and paid parking in Olhao can be expensive. Consequently, we decided to return our rental car before renting Sol & Ria.

Exceptional

Wonderful apartment! Large, spacious, sunny, comfortable, modern design. Two private terraces! There is a view of the water and the market. Located about a block from the market. I was concerned that it would be too loud because of the location, but it was very quiet (this was in February, though). Kitchen includes stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher, but no oven. Highly recommend!

Plenty of dishes and pans, but strangely, no sponge or dish detergent, also no food staples such as salt.

location was best, just in front of the mercado, You can see the best view from the wonderful terrace, don t miss to sit and view the sun dawn. its on the back parallel street of the main road on the sea side. just in the middle of everything

I would not choose streetlevel room. Noisy from mainentrance and pizza/deliveryservice opposite. You should not open window for ventilation.

Great Place to stay and thoroughly enjoyed.

Great location close to Market, town centre, bars , restaurants and cafes. Unfortunately left some clothes in the apartment, but telephoned next day to receive very helpful information to return and collect from delightful staff. Best boat tour around the Ria’s with Sabina boat tours, Maria’s help re booking and Joah as Captain, with his exceptional knowledge of the area, fish/clam farming, and lots of stories from his life long experience of living in Olhao was a terrific afternoons trip.

Very noisy Pizza delivery drivers mopeds, until late at night from adjoining neighbours was a little annoying but not fault of Sol@Ria apartments .

the appartement is beautiful and functional. 2 terraces (front and back) and one with a bbq with view on the water. not to forget the rooftop and it’s amazing view!

Lovely, clean apartment in excellent location, the only issue was the hard bed.

I loved the location and the terrace on the rooftop

Oh my gosh i could have given this a perfect review but did not sleep at all as the bed was so hard..it was like sleeping on the floor unfortanately…The bedding was beautiful as was everything else but sleep is very important to me, they need a foam topper on this bed or a softer mattress. I would definately come back if that was resolved. WIFI was very slow for things like netflix.

Excellent, first but not the last.We look f

The location was the big plus, plus the cleanliness of the whole building. The roof terrace was excellent with lovely views. Laura the housekeeper was very friendly as was Helga the owner who showed us around. Thank you to you both

Dogs barking during the night, this however is not the Apartments fault, but due to people leaving them out on nearby roof terraces. Would have preferred more light in our Apartment through our windows. Next time it's the Penthouse for us.

Very good

Located in the centre of the old town, around the corner from the market, this is a lovely choice of accommodation. The apartment was spacious, very well equiped & spotless. Staff are friendly and helpful. Roof terrace is beautiful. Highly recommended. The photos do not do the property justice; it is much nicer in reality.

Nothing for me but some people may miss having a pool.

Two dogs going berserk most of the day in a nearby appartment. Happily, my helpful host allowed me to move into an identical appartment, but on the other side of the building. Therein I could - just - hear the maniacal pair of dogs, but not enough to impair the pleasure of my stay.
