For me , no trip to Krakow is complete without a stay at the Pollera :)

Use this hotel often , never ceases to impress . Old world charm beautifully presented . Great location with easy access to transport links & centre of town . Always a warm welcome , the staff are quite simply brilliant . Great hotel , highly recommend !

Prettig hotel, historische locatie.

Locatie is perfect, in het oude centrum. Patkeren is op de binnenplaats van het hotel, 100 pln per dag. Ontbijt is erg lekker en uitgebreid.

Gute Ausgangsposition für Fußgänger zum Markt und über den Planty in andere Innenstadtregionen. Das traditionsreiche Hotel von Kaspar Poller und das historische Altstadtensemble passen gut zusammen.

Eine kleine Bar für ein paar "Schlaftropfen" nach der abendlichen Heimkehr wäre toll.

Loved this hotel mostly because of the old world charm and location very central old Krakow.

This hotel had real old world charm with room details and furniture and lobby all charming. Yet the facilities were modern and up to date with great bathrooms...spotlessly clean.

The walls were a bit thin so I could hear next door neighbors talking quite clearly. Fortunately that occurred only on one night. Also the great old style woodern doors were not soundproof, so any hallway chatter was heard in the room.

Tolles altes Hotel perfekt zum Erkunden der Altstadt

Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Hotel ist ein altes Gebäude mit sehr schönem Charme. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten im Innenhof. Direkt in der Altstadt und 3 Minuten von Straßenbahn entfernt.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable place

The hotel has a very good location - right in the center and in 10 minutes' walk from the train and bus station. The staff was very friendly. The room was large and comfortable. Nothing to complain about

Bliskość rynku krakowskiego. Piękny wystrój, czystość. Szerokie łóżko, osobna toaleta i prysznic. Woda mineralna i kawa oraz herbata w cenie.

Z racji wieku obiektu skrzypiącą podłogą (choć może ktoś lubi) i strasznie skrzypiące łóżko przy każdym poruszeniu się. Bardzo mała kabina prysznicowa (mam spore gabaryty i było ciasno)

Muy buena elección el Hotel Pollera!

Es un bonito hotel con un sabor especial y la ubicación es excelente para ir andando a cualquier parte del centro histórico. Preciosas vistas desde nuestra habitación. La persona responsable de la recepción fue muy amable y consiguieron que pudiéramos dormir todos en camas o sofás-cama separados y no tener que compartir camas dobles pese a que la reserva era de este modo y el hotel estaba completo. Muchas gracias!

Pozytywnie z małym "ale"

Pomysł na wystrój (bardzo "tradycyjny") ale konsekwencja w jego wdrażaniu robiła wrażenie (nawet "stylowe" gniazdka). Bardzo ładnie w łazience. Pomocny i kontaktowy personel w recepcji. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Lokalizacja: 3 minuty od rynku. Własny parking.

Ciasna kabina prysznicowa. Hałas za oknem vs brak możliwości regulacji temperatury w pokoju (zakręcony grzejnik nadal grzał). Zalegające brudne naczynia na stołach w czasie śniadania. Jeszcze jedna uwaga, nie dotycząca tylko tego hotelu, bo to dość powszechna praktyka: jeśli, zgodnie z zaleceniem, nie zostawiam ręczników na podłodze, tylko na wieszakach, to proszę ich nie wymieniać. Raz użytego mydełka też nie ma potrzeby wyrzucać i wstawiać nowego, nierozpakowanego. Spróbujmy rzeczywiście dbać o środowisko, a nie wypisywać tylko hasła na karteczkach.

Izcila naktsmītne, atrašanās vieta un brokastis! Istabā bija kafijas automāts un kapsulu kafija, tēja, ūdens stikla pudelēs. Smaržīga dušas želeja. Ir lifts. Apkalpotājas brokastu telpā rūpīgi uzraudzīja tīrību. Šeit nakšņojis arī Jānis Pāvils II. Lai arī ēka ir sena, istabā gaiss bija svaigs.

Egyszerűségében nagyszerű választás az óvárosban

Tökéletes elhelyezkedés az óváros bejárásához. A szálloda belső tere a környék hangulatához illően régi kastélyra emlékeztet a lépcsőivel, nagy, kétszárnyas belső ajtóival. A szoba kényelmes, rendkívül tiszta (a fürdőszoba is!). A reggeli pazar (frissen őrölt kávé, hideg-meleg ételek, zöldségek, gyümölcsök stb.). A személyzet kedves, barátságos, segítőkész.

Nem volt negatív tapasztalatunk.

Well located hotel

The location for the property is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. We were there for a little over a week and at one point requested to change rooms. Our first room was facing the street and very noisy at night. I wasn’t going to make it the rest of our trip if I had to stay they. The staff was very helpful and we were able to move to a new room as soon as it was available.

The bed mattress in both rooms were very uncomfortable for me. I am a picky sleeper though.
