Ein kleines, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

The perfect stay in Heidelberg

Perfekt ausgestattet, die Zimmern sind so gut gedacht dass man ein Überblick über Neckar hat, das Design der Zimmern ist perfekt, die angestellten sind sehr lieb und hilfreich jederzeit. Frühstück ist einzigartig. Parkplätze immer zur Verfügung gestellt und Auto parken von der angestellten durchgeführt.

Just a great vibe to this place. The staff was really motivated and motivating. sincere, human , caring..professional. a huge shout out and thank you to Julia. 10 minutes walk to everything in old Heidelberg . yet quiet. the view from our room on Heidelberg castle across the Neckar was spectacular. this is a top quality world class spot..

I do strongly recommend this property. You are in a walking distance to the beautiful Alt Stadt but

I loved the breakfast. Even more the staff was exceptional I think we wish to be welcome all the time like that everywhere you travel. It makes you feel good and at home.

Dream property in fairytale location

Wonderfully decorated property with stunning view to the city . Very friendly personal, good quality breakfast, extras like wine and sweets in the suite, nicely prepared breakfast in room.

There were some imperfections in cleaning process which in such high end establishment should be controlled : stains on the bathroom wall, which I removed with the water, white stains on the purple blanket in the bedroom, chips and dust underneath the sofa in the leaving room. The breakfast room too claustrophobic and too little space between the tables.

The hotel did a lovely job setting a beautiful ambiance in the lobby and the rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and patient with our children, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was phenomenal! They had a beautiful buffet but also made amazing food to order. The toiletries were really lovely! The location to the altstadt was perfect! We could be downtown in a matter of minutes but in the evenings had a quiet spot to return too. Overall, we would happily stay here again!

My only complaint was the wifi connection was a bit slow but it wasn’t terrible.

Nice but overly expensive

Very cosy room and facilities Cleanliness Smart TV which you can connect to your Prime Video or Netflix account to view your own programs (specially when german TV channels doesnt fit your taste). Need to go into the TV 'Menu' though, but rather easy. 5-15' walk from Alte Brücke and city hall

Miss light in bath room and dressing Breakfast buffet somewhat 'small'. No fresh juice. Little expensive +parking 25€/night Room view on casle..but without night lights

Highly recommended, well worth the price.

Elegant and comfortable hotel very well situated across from the old part of town. Nice views. Old bridge to town is only 100 meters down the street. Rooms are very well decorated and comfortable with all amenities.

Extremely small staff. Same person the front desk was in charge of 4-5 different jobs including being a porter. Property is gorgeous, but you pay for it. After paying such a high price for an all inclusive stay, I thought charging me 25€ per night to park my car in their lot, rather ridiculous. After paying 1500€ for 2 nights, asking for another 50€ seemed rather cheap.

Small luxury hotel for a wonderful getaway

Everything about this hotel is beyond perfect. Julia at the front desk helped and guided us so we would have a wonderful stay. Breakfast was delicious and the ladies were extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted and really made sure we were happy with our meal. The room was sparkling clean and charming, it had everything we needed. The view from the hotel is gorgeous and it is a 10 minute walk to the Old Town.

Nothing. Having to leave is the only downside.

Amazing stay at Heidelberg. Will return for sure.

Room is amazing with great view of the main attractions. Breakfast is really nice. Staff are friendly and really welcoming.

Didn't know that we need to pre-book parking but the staff managed to find us a parking pass to park on street for one day. No service available after late evening. No convenience store around so we need to go pretty far to buy water.

We were so very impressed with everything…staff, service, location, view, the room. We will definitely go back. We will also treat our son and daughter-in-law to a weekend getaway as they live nearby.

The most romantic and elegant hotel in Heidelberg!

We absolutely loved our stay! This is the best hotel in Heidelberg. The view from our room was like a fairytale. It was perfect to have the bike path and Philosopher’s Way right out our door. The breakfast room is charming. The staff were exceptional. The Patria boat was an elegant experience for sunset cocktails. Our stay could not have been better and we will dream of returning again someday!!
