Disappointed and ripped off - Avoid the suite and be aware there’s no staff here.

The master bed was comfortable

There are no staff here at all and this was very unnerving. No mention of this on the booking platform which was very misleading. We booked the suite but it is not a suite is is a sofa bed so no different to any family room anywhere else apart from the fact that you have two tv’s though how you are meant to watch two in the same room is beyond me. There is no separate seating space as the sofa is the sofa bed. This was not prepared for us and there was no pillows to be found and as there are no staff here you are on your own to deal with things like this. Very disappointing stay. Feel completely ripped off.

Dreadful experience in a tin-pot property

Nothing - dreadful rooms with no working showers

The rooms are very dated for a recently opened ‘new’ property and the shorts don’t work which is shocking - tin pot property

Won’t be back , it spoiled my wife’s birthday celebration.

Location , clean . comfortable bed. The restaurant downstairs was lovely, as was the food and the staff.

Unstaffed . Any issues that arise are reported via a phone call ( hopefully ) Issues with air conditioning Spa bath not working Leaking wash hand basin After a shower the tiles on the walls and floor are soaking wet , with condensation, making it a very dangerous slip hazard .

Stunning, classy and relaxing

So stylish, clean and elegant. The attention to detail with furniture etc was stunning. We absolutely loved the coffee machine, bottled water and other tea/coffee sachets available. Being able to come and go as we please was great and very easy accessible.

No lift (that we could see) for heavy luggage. Didn’t put us off tho we will definately be back!

We stayed in the suite wich was huge and very well decorated very comfortable . Breakfast was lovely

Bath hadn't been cleaned was full of hairs one of the sinks was full of water and stopper was stuck I made them aware of this and was told they knew and someone would be there to fix it but probably Monday. When I booked was aware that there was a restaurant and bar but was messaged the day before to say this was closed at the moment and we had to go to restaurant round the corner for breakfast we were well taken care of though if I had known this don't know if I would have booked.

Great location, breakfast was good, comfortable bed.

Were no towels in the room, had to phone and ask for some to be supplied. Walls are a bit thin, could hear everything going on in neighbouring rooms.

overall was a good stay, minor problems.

bed was very comfortable and the tv at bottom of bed was really good, coffee machine was good and location was ideal.

turned on bubbles on bath and mould came out all in bath just as daughter went in, also the plug was disgusting and I had to clean this myself before going in bath. sofa bed extremely uncomfortable can feel metal right through mattress, 3 of us had to sleep in the one bed. I don’t like the fact they have no staff in the hotel and have to phone to get things sorted.

Great hotel room in a great location

Location is perfect. You can walk to town centre , pubs, restaurants, beach , bus and train station in minute's. The room (king double ) was very spacious clean and luxurious looking. Though we never ate at the restaurant it did look nice and modern with a quiet bar area with beer garden

Being very very picky because there wasn't a lot to not like . Having the coffee machine in the room is a GREAT touch but there was no way of knowing what coffee pod was what. I suppose I would have liked some sort of staff to be present. Though I was a bit wary as never had that before, there was no hassles or problems what so ever with the self check in and the key pad locks.

Very clean, excellent facilities, will definitely stay again!

very clean, nicely decorated, good facilities given body wash, shampoo, condition was provided along with the use of an iron and hair dryer. Staff called before and after our stay to ensure we knew procedures and to ensure we were happy with our stay. The keypad set up works perfectly and no worry of losing keys etc. As noted on the phone to Ashley, the Sea Kelp washing products were wonderful, so much so, I have purchased a set of my own. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The view out of room 8 was its only downside, however on that note, we weren’t staying there to sit in the room and look out of the window so it didn’t affect our stay in any way.

Room is very spacious, clean, looks exactly the same as on the website. Very comfy beds. Parking facilities. Great location Staff are very friendly & accommodating. Delicious food I really liked the fact that the Team keep you updated via text regards check-in, check-out & general welcoming

Bit of a let down :(

The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom door, which looked like it had been broken or just added. It was marked badly and was dirty. The bed and seatee were very comfy.

I hadn't used coded entry previously and was experiencing difficulties getting into the hotel. I went in through the pub entrance and asked for guidance and help from the lady in the bar who just said 'rooms that way'! No greeting, smile, guidance, or anything, not great! There were no bags in either bin, so I couldn't use them, no sanitary bags in the bathroom, and no milk to make a drink. Instructions for air con very vague, the room was freezing took me an hour to change it. Didn't ask for help due to the reaction I had received prior.

Nice hotel but poor service

Room was clean and spacious

The door to get in the hotel was broken so was left open all night long. Also fire alarm went off at 4 in morning and had to evacuate and stand out side and call 999. There was no staff at all and no emergency contact number. Also the wifi buffers constantly. Also moved room due to sink being broke and spoke to other couple who also had to be moved due to a problem with their room. Not a very safe hotel. Anyone could book or walk in.

Excellent place to eat & stay

The room was beautiful, small but perfect for us. The food was excellent, we had dinner and breakfast, both were lovely. Staff very helpful.

Could have done with more staff. One girl working during breakfast, she was great but felt sorry for her!
