Todo bien

Necesitaba un lugar para pasar la noche después de un vuelo así que reserve este hotel súper cerca del aeropuerto. Desafortunadamente no pude disfrutar de las instalaciones ya que llegué muy tarde y salí muy temprano, pero en cuanto q la habitación todo muy bien, limpio, cómodo

Location near the airport. Good for a night and an early start. The pool looks nice.

The mattress had a plastic cover under the bedsheet. The bedsheets had many stains. The pillows were not comfortable.

Our room proximity to the pool made it easy to watch our kids enjoy the pool, while we cooled off inside.

The beds were uncomfortably hard and did wake up to an aching body.

Great place near the airport

It is a resort type of hotel located near Merida Airport. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast and dinner menu were great. Staffs are polite and very helpful. Best to come here if you have a car.

Super value and close to airport.

The grounds are beautiful, and the pool awesome! Having a restaurant on site was very convenient.

WiFi signal in the room was poor. We went out to the lobby to participate in a Zoom meeting but it kept cutting out there too. In fairness, it was raining, so maybe that impacted the WiFi?

Wanted to check in early, front desk staff made EVERYONE wait until 3pm. Which then there was a big line up of people to check in. I'm in the industry of hospitality, you always let people check in as soon as rooms are ready, takes stress off front desk and guests waiting.

Very good

My flight was canceled and had to find something fast and close to the airport. Pool side cabañas and plenty of sitting areas. Restaurant and bar next to pool. Luggage check in available before actual check in (i got there early). One story building with green courtyards. Safe!

Windows definitely not sound proof. Some traffic noise. I could not get the wifi and television to work.

The pool is nice but the rest is really bad.

The pool area is very nice. The outside in general is pleasant.

The room we booked was « standard » and had mold on the AC wall. The place was practically empty but the room we were given faced the swimming pool and was close to the reception desk. The noise was unbelievable. People walking and speaking loudly at all hours. We practically didn’t sleep.

FANTASTIC! Beautiful and relaxing.

Absolutely stunning and beautiful grounds with wonderful garden-like setting. Nice to have outside bar and a restaurant on site. For the price we paid, we did not expect such a beautiful place.
