Delightful hotel in a lovely location.

Clean and comfy single room. Easy to park. Good breakfast options and right next to Peasholm Park.

Noise from the corridors and locking room doors was quite loud as sound travelled.

Superb

The location is excellent a 5 minute walk from the beach and directly opposite the park. We didn’t eat here but the restaurant looked great and it smelt gorgeous. We went later in the evening so we had the spa to ourselves!

Overall stay was excellent other than Chester FC 1~0 loss in 94th min.

Bad breakfast!

The facilities are fantastic. Swimming, sauna and a bar.

The cooked breakfast! Bacon like it had been done in the microwave! The black pudding didn't taste like black pudding at all. No idea what it had been cooked with!?! Cheap beans. Tinned warmed up mushrooms and not a very nice snotty fried egg. I like a fried egg runny but not well under done! Toast was bang on though lol! To say you pay extra for breakfast aswel! Not worth the money! Go find a cafe for your breakfast. Or get a burger on the front lol!

Nothing that I didn't like however, for the amount we paid per night I think that the evening meal should also have been included.

Comfy room. Clean. Lovely to have pool and steam room. Easy walk to town, beach and Peasholm park. Tasty breakfast.

Nothing...could hear snoring from neighbouring rooms but not the fault of the hotel and not much they can do about it! Didn't affect my experience.

On the whole had a very enjoyable stay.

Location perfect for what we needed. Very friendly staff still there after visiting over last 3 years. Fantastic breakfast (very hot)👍

My only criticism is that the bath towels are quite small. I’m used to bath sheets that most hotels provide.

I would imagine in summer, the parking in the hotel grounds would be a problem. However, there is lots of good street parking.

Convient location, clean and comfy, with friendly staff

This was my final stay after a long coastal walk, and it was in a great location - nice, quiet area, but close enough to places to eat and also public transport to get food and then transport home. Lovely comfy bed, nice and clean, and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was lovely and set me up for the day.
