Not a great place

Breakfast, and the Chinese restaurant up the road

The front of house staff lady was rude, told restaurant was closed, no one informed us, otherwise we would changed hotels.

Es war einfach schön auch die Lage

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, die Zimmer tadellos sauber und der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer einfach Traumhaft.

Frühstück war teuer mit 10,00 € und stand im keinem Verhältnis, keine große Auswahl

Sehr gute ruhige Lage Sauber Funktionale Einrichtung Das Bad ist auch OK die Dusche ist recht groß und auch hier alles funktional WLAN Ok Preis Leistung stimmt Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen und ist schön eingerichtet

Günstige Unterkunft, aber das Restaurant direkt reservieren und den WLAN- Zugang sofort prüfen.

Die zentrale Lage hat uns zugesagt. Auch das Frühstück war gut und die bunten Bilder in Treppenhaus waren lustig. Unseren Wagen konnten wir an nächsten Morgen noch ein paar Stunden auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels stehen lassen.

Von der Rezeption wurde unser Reservierungswunsch nicht weitergegeben, so dass wir im unterkühlten Nebenzimmer landeten. Auch das Passwort für‘s WLAN waren nicht dort wo es sein sollte. Als wir nachfragen wollten, war die Rezeption schon geschlossen und auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Wir bekamen das Passwort erst nach dem Frühstück.

Nie wieder

Nachdem in der ersten Nacht im Zimmer die ganze Nacht laute Knackgeräusche (wie bei Holz in einem Lagerfeuer) zu hören waren wurde mir anstandslos für die nächste Nacht eine Übernachtung in einem anderen Zimmer angeboten

Frühstück Kostet 10 € und dafür gab es aufgebackene Brötchen obwohl eine Bäckerei 50 Meter entfernt ist. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet z.B. Wurst Käse usw. war ähnlich lieblos, d.h. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück war schlecht.

Gerne wieder.

Freundliches Personal, wunderschöner Gastgarten am Rhein, Zimmer einfach aber alles da und sehr sauber. Sehr schöne Vollholzmöbelgaststube mit Rheinblickteil an einem Panoramafenster. Sehr reelle Preise und anständige Portionen.

Für Leute mit Gehbehinderung nicht geeignet auch wem Treppensteigen wegen Herz und Kreislauf Mühe macht, nicht zu empfehlen da Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken und nur durch steile Treppen erreichbar. Teppich im Korridor und Treppe dürfte mal erneuert werden

Good value for short stay

Nice location by the river, rather small but comfy. Bed and pillows were excellent! Easy access by car.

Room was little-bit too hot, even with 2 fans provided by hotel but it was very hot day… so really nothing to complain!

Comfortable hotel with nice view and great staff

The hotel is situated next to the old town, free parking in front at night (until 9:00). Welcoming staff at reception and restaurant. Nice room with view on the river Rhine. In the morning, no need to wait for warm water to reach the shower.

The "main" light in the room was a bit noisy. Luckily the lamps on the bedside tables could be used instead. As it seems normal for Germany(?), the walls could be a bit more soundproof.

We had the very large unique attic room with skylights. Hotel located just outside of the historic walled district of town beside river. Nice location

Room furnishings were maybe a little tired but fitting of the price charged.

It was perfect for a stop over.

Our family overnight stay was very good, the food at the out door restaurant was excellent as was he breakfast the following morning in the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and parking for our large vehicle was accommodated on site with a lock up for our bicycles. All together a pleasant experience.

No aspects of our stay were unacceptable and staff were helpful and pleasant. The only thing my girls didn't like is the carrying of their bags up the stairs as there was no lift.
