Gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis und tolle Kommunikation zum Besitzer

Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet und wirklich sauber. Man kommt nach dem Haupteingang in einen kleinen Flur (wie bei einem Hotelflur) mit mehreren Zimmern und hat eine Karte zum Tür öffnen. Sorgt so auch für Schalldämmung zum restlichen Treppenhaus etc

Balkon leider nur in den Hinterhof… wofür natürlich aber keiner was kann. :)

Few days in Catania

I recently stayed at this property and had an excellent experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Town center reachable via Lime Scooters, not sure about bus services. There is an App for transportation but was unable to register. There’s a multi storey car park (parcheggio europa) that we recommend nearby. You need to pay for it but I wouldn’t recommend to leave the car outside especially if it’s a rental. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Exact ce trebuie , ce in poze e si in realitate.

Etajul 1 intr-un spatiu sunt facute mai multe apartamente . Locatie buna si sigur , proprietar de treaba si de ajutor .

Would of been fantastic without the severe mold issue

Good location, friendly and helpful host.

The issue we had is the mold. The entire bathroom and kitchen is covered in mold. This is completely unacceptable and toxic to health. The bedroom and bathroom was difficult to breathe in. We are very dissatisfied about this. See photos attached.

Hezke za tu cenu prijemne ubytování, ale počítejte ze ten jeden bod dolu v hodnocení je za to ze za týden se neuklidilo

Hezky malý apartmanek s kuchyni, hezke vybavení, Salvatore vždy pomohl poradil

Špatně odhlucneni, nefungující Wi-Fi i když jste se připojili proste nefungovala, nikdo nechodil na uklid, je potřeba si o vše napsat

Everything is good, I will stay in this property next time when I travel to catania.

The host is very friendly, he elaborated us everything very clearly. The interior deign of room is nice, and the room is clean. If you rent the car, the location is convenient and easy to have parking space. there is one coast just nearby the property, around 5 min for walk.

The soundproof of the window does not work well, in addition to the property is on 1st, so the noise from outside is heard clearly.

Totul a fost perfect !

Proprietatea este amplasată lângă mare , foarte aproape de strada Corso Italia . Salvatore este o gazdă minunată , ne-a ajutat cu recomandări și transportul până la aeroport cu 20€ . Recomand Cafe Europa aproape de apartament , o experiență culinară minunată . Cu siguranță mai revenim ! ❤️

Bellissimo B&B gestito da persone accoglienti e gentilissime. La struttura oltre ad essere bella nell’arredamento era provvista di accortezze che hanno reso la permanenza molto piacevole . Di fronte c’è un grande bar dove non solo è possibile consumare un’ottima colazione e non solo.

La qualitá paga sempre!

I dettagli della stanza e la cucina sono decisamente superiore alla media. La disponibilità degli Hosts eccelsa. La struttura a baldacchino del letto e il materasso sono eccellenti. Complimenti a voi, strutture (anche alberghiere) dovrebbero apprendere da voi.

nicht erholsam, haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt

Die Stadt Syrakusa hat uns gut gefallen.

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht dem in der Beschreibung angegebenen Merkmalen. Statt eines Balkons und einem französischem Doppelbett fanden wir lediglich eine ausklappbare Couch mit einer daraufgelegten Matratze vor. Das Badezimmer präsentierte sich in einem äußerst unhygienischen Zustand, mit Schimmel an Dusche, Duschkopf, Wand und Fugen. Das WLAN funktionierte zudem unzuverlässig. Entgegen der Zusage des Vermieters, dass alle Notwendigen Dinge in der Unterkunft vorhanden sein und Handtücher täglich ausgetauscht würden, mussten wir selbst nach Müllsäcken, Spülmachinentabs und Handtüchern nachfragen. Die auf Booking gezeigten Bilder stimmten nicht mit der Realität überein, da sie von allen vier Apartments stammen und den Eindruck vermitteln, es würde an nichts fehlen. Die Beschreibung enthielt zudem falsche Versprechungen. Die Umgebung war äußerst laut, und Catania präsentierte sich als sehr verschmutze Stadt, sowohl im Straßenverkehr als auch für Fußgänger war Vorsicht geboten. Obwohl bei der Ankunft alles reibungslos verlief und der Vermieter versuchte, uns von der Unterkunft und Umgebung zu Überzeugen entschlossen wir uns einen Tag früher abzureisen. Der Vermieter vereinbarte mit uns eine Uhrzeit für die Schlüsselübergabe, jedoch ließ er uns leider sitzen und wir konnten ihm nicht unser Feedback geben. Zudem fragte er nicht einmal nach warum wir früher abreisen möchte. Leider können wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der genannten Mängel nicht empfehlen.

Wonderful stay would recommend

No Breakfast, this was an apartment but well equipped with all you need. Great coffee shop , bakery or grocery stores near by. Easy walk.

The walk to old town and the train station were fine, within 20 mins, buses run regularly but we found the walk to be easygoing.

Très bel appartement, très design !

appartement très calme, proche des commerces. Salvadore a toujours été très disponible si besoin.

The location is great, there are a lot of restaurants nearby, there is a metro station which gets you in two stations into the centre of the city. The host is very friendly and pleasant and always was near.

I guess, there was not a thing.

It was nice and clean, attention to details at the top! The owner was very kind and courteous, he gave us some tips about the city and made himself available , should had we needed help during our stay. I would highly recommend!

I liked the room and apartment and the owner was quite helpful. The location is quite nice as well

I wish there were more supply of certain things like dishwashing capsules, but the owner was helpful in providing whatever we needed.

We highly recommend this apartment to others. Kind owner helped us with all the question according property and interesting places and car renting. An apartment is made with a thin sense of style so we feel ourselves very comfortable. Location is convenient as well.
