The apartment, directly on the river and the sea, will give you an unforgettable holiday, is located in a Natural Park, next to a typical and traditional fishing village, in a very quiet place.
The 82-square-meter non-smoking apartment features a large, sunny balcony with table and sofas, where you can dine al fresco and relax, while admiring the magnificent views of the Natural Park and the Sea.
It has a large and bright common room with glass doors from floor to ceiling where you can also relax, and dine indoors, enjoying the fabulous view over the Natural Park and the Sea.
It has a comfortable and cozy double room (bed of 160 x 200 cm) with huge wardrobes.
It also has a spacious and complete bathroom and a Hall with lots of storage.
Finally, the spacious, modern, bright and fully equipped Kitchenet is attached to a dining area that comfortably sleeps 4 people.
The air-conditioned apartment is fully furnished, equipped and decorated, namely with cable TV and Internet, so that guests feel in the comfort of their own home.
It is set in a sophisticated and quiet complex with huge and beautiful garden and panoramic swimming pools that you can enjoy fully.
Payment conditions:
Prices for 2 people include 1 cleaning and 1 change of sheets and towels mid week.

Just finished a one month stay at Paula and Manuel's beautiful one bedroom apartment overlooking the Ria Formosa natural reserve in Fuseta. They were wonderful to deal with, as was their local manager Sonya. The apartment is modern, super clean, and has a beautiful view of the Ria Formosa from the deck, or through large sliding glass doors. It is adjacent to a great walking/biking trail through through the reserve. It's a short 5 minute walk to the quaint town of Fuseta, where there are some nice restaurants and coffee shops. We had a car, so it was a short drive to the larger centers of Tavira and Olhao. We loved our time there, and would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding booking experience from start to finish, with excellent, helpful and friendly communication from the owner. Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment, modern, stylish and excellently equipped. Beautiful gardens. And the views! Peaceful, endless ever changing wonderful views of the ria, with birds, boats, tides, clam pickers and huge skies. All on the doorstep of the lovely little town of Fuseta, with its restaurants, snack bars, market and friendly little square. Little train station 2 minutes walk from the apartment if you want to visit Faro, Olhao, or Tavira. Ferry boat to Isla de Fuseta, with endless beach.
We love it here! We can't wait to return ♥️

Beautiful stay with amazing views over the seaside
We rented the apartment for one week in July ‘21. The apartment is very modern and spacious and in a very clean state. The view from the living room/kitchen is amazing. Thanks to Paula and Manuel for the great documentation on what to do in Fuseta and beyond! Until the next one!

Del Mar disappointment
We were kept waiting half an hour on the street for check in, finally manager came along to say they had lost the keys...nearly 2 hours later we were still waiting, no prior info on covid arrangements, and clearly other guests weren't following the rules. Finally we decided we were not going to stay, we got our money back and found somewhere else to stay for the week. Can't comment on the actual apartment as we didn't ever even get the opportunity to see it.

Breakfast with spoonbills
We had a wonderful stay. The amazing view from the balcony and being so close to nature was the best thing. Apartment was clean and spacious with everything in good working order. It was great to eat breakfast on the balcony during sunrise to watch the spoonbills, egrets and other wading birds including flamingos flying past. Fuseta is a good location for exploring the beautiful coast by foot, bicycle and train. The apartment comes with 2 mountain bikes, good for exploring the Ecovia cycle route.

Thank you Paula and Manuel for your hospitality. The special touches of fresh oranges (naartjies) and a nice bottle of wine made us feel right at home. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with crisp linen and soft towels and has all the amenities to have made our stay very comfortable. The view each day was magical and we enjoyed our daily walks through the well kept terrace to the beach.

This apartment is beautiful. It has everything and the views are exquisite. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning and sit in the balcony.
It is superbly cleaned.
Sonia runs a tight ship and she runs it very well. Very professional, diligent - this is probably why the whole complex is so immaculate.
Fuseta is charming. Nearby Olhao and Tavira are beautiful too for a change of scene.

Die Buchung hat sehr gut funktioniert, auch der Empfang vor Ort von Sonia war super. Sie hat uns die gesamte Wohnung gezeigt, einiges erklärt und war auch in den 3 Wochen immer vor Ort und stand als Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit tollem Meerblick!
Hier hat wirklich alles gepasst! Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen großen Balkon (bis etwa mittags Sonne). Die gesamte Anlage mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Der Strand ist fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Ebenso eine Vielzahl von einfachen, aber guten Restaurants. Viele Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Reisebett und Kinderstuhl wurden uns gerne zur Verfügung gestellt.
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien wären super.

Lieu agréable
Accueil agréable et professionnel par la gestionnaire du site. L'appartement est très beau et spacieux et donne sur une superbe vue. Dans son ensemble il est bien équipé et le ménage et changement de draps et serviettes en milieu de semaine est appréciable. Pour le reste et les quelques détails autres et divers, ils ont été vus et réglés directement avec les propriétaires par mail, qui sont plutôt ouverts et cordiaux. Dans l'ensemble notre séjour s'est plutôt bien déroulé.

A breathtaking views of the lagoon, beach and sea from a high quality and well equipped apartment in an architecturally attractive building. Very scenic and quiet location on the waterfront with a dreamlike invinity pool.
Very nice and helpful local contact who was accessible every day and a very good cleaning of the apartment twice a week.
The owners provided us with lots of information about the apartment and the surrounding area. The booking and payment process was seamless.
The journey from Faro Airport is trouble-free without a car. The center of Fuseta with supermarket, bakery, restaurants and the ferry to the endless beach are within a few minutes walk.
Who want to explore the beautiful Algarve still with a car will find a cool and secure underground parking, incl. two mountain bikes. In front of the building passes a fairly well-marked cycle track.
We are quite sure that we will return soon.

Superb Apartment!
We would just like to say what a fantastic holiday we had in Fuseta. This apartment was far the best we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, and met all of our needs - not to mention a midweek maid service which was excellent. The apartment was very well equipped - with the added luxury of pool AND beach towels and the use of two mountain bikes! The apartment has a stunning view out to sea - providing a beautiful outlook of the Ria Formosa. Shirley who welcomed us into the apartment was on site for the duration of our holiday which was reassuring to know. We will definitely be using this apartment again and would like to thank Paula and Manuel for their efficiency and kindness whilst we were making the booking.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view.
We had a lovey relaxing week in this fabulous apartment,which was spotlessly clean and everything provided including beach and pool towels and even 2 bicycles. Amazing views and beautiful pool/garden area. The apartment was cleaned once during our stay and linen/towels changed.
Location is excellent with a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby - plenty of fish at very reasonable prices but if you want something a bit different try A Concha. We had 2 excellent meals there.
Booking was very straightforward and the owners were very helpful and sent us on plenty of information on the area. There is also an information pack in the apartment and they very kindly left us a bottle of wine, fruit and water which was very thoughtful. They was also available to contact during our stay if we had any queries.
The beaches in the area are fantastic and it is only a short walk to the ferry to go to the island beach.
We would certainly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is beautiful with a view to die for. It is clean, fresh and very well equipped. It is perfectly situated next to a small fishing village. If you are wanting a quiet "Oasis" this is it!
The booking process was excellent with the owners being involved and flexible. It was thoughtful and refreshing to be greeted by a nice bottle of wine and fresh fruit on arrival.
During our stay, the apartment was cleaned and linen was changed. Additionally, there was a friendly contact available to help at all times.
Fuseta is a small fishing village that is quiet with a real community feel.
In summary, we will be back. Thank you
