Pour dépanner

Emplacement idéal près de la gare, petit déjeuner copieux, serviettes à disposition, clim, frigo

Une personne est venue faire le ménage dans la chambre, tout en regardant ce qu'il y avait dans nos sacs, pas top, mais aucun vol Obligé de descendre 3 étages pour aller fumer, puis remonter les 3 étages jusqu'à la chambre Première nuit difficile à cause des personnes de la chambre d'en face qui ont crié toute la nuit

Good off the beat stay

Great location outside historic centre, but in a nice neighborhood with a lot of small shops, cafés and just a minute from the main Tram line T1. Took like 10-15min to ride the tram to Santa Maria Nouvella.

Actually no real cons.

Weird reception.

Strong Wi-Fi, close to the tram stop.

Absolutely dissatisfied and rude 2 tired women at the reception who hardly know how to provide welcoming service and communicate to guests. Inadequate reactions starting from their lack of lift up to taking city tax. The management should either teach them or lay them off.

good, clean, reasonably priced place.

clean, friendly, great location, couple of good breakfast places nearby .

no elevator, very small shower, no window in the room unless the door to walk-in closet is open. could not get the AC turned on as there was no remote anywhere. I’m sure they had it, but we got to the hotel after dinner very late, reception was closed. parking was tough, just to find a parking machine was a hassle. No parking up to speak of.

The room was good

We went with our family dog and on their page it says pets are allowed,just in case while I was checking in I told them that I’m bringing my dog too and she said don’t let him on the bed.so far that was okay I went to the room my partner came few minutes later with the dog and she just followed us and put a white bedsheet and said not use bed but sleep on the white sheet.mind you is December winter time we could not use a bedsheet to cover ourselves from the cold because she said that it would be easy for them clean for the next people who are coming. It was horrible

Exceptional

The room is more than enough if you are in Firenze for 3-4 days.the bathroom was nice and big and what's the most important thing is that everything was very clean. There is tram station in just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. With the tram you can easily reach to the city centre and all the main touristic attractions. The staff is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it!!!

Good location close to the metro stop. Little supermarkets nearby opened 24h.Friendly staff.Simple room but clean.They offer a private garage for 15 euros/day

The room is quite clean and facilities is good. Because the city of Florence is not so big, you can be easy to get to the most historical area in 10-15 mins by tram

Basic but comfortable stay

The hotel was easy to get to the city centre, via a short walk and tram (which costs €1.50 for a 90 min ticket) to main station, Santa Maria Novella. The room was basic but tops in cleanliness. Beds were also comfortable. The breakfast was hearty and satisfying. Staff were also polite and helpful when asked for information.

Had to climb 3 floors to access our room. Not an issue for us but could be challenging for older folks or those with extra big luggage.. Power points could be more conveniently located for the charging of devices.

I took a lot of hair out of the shower drain so we could take a shower, it's very small too.

you get what you pay for

outside of the city center so it was quite quiet at night quiet in hotel (can’t hear other guests) AC works very well

the shower was full of mold and there was no safe, which was included in the room description very basic room with few amenities - the hotel is overpriced for the location and what it offers

Quite far from the center but it's fine

Room is quite big, clean, and bed is comfortable. They always clean the room everyday.

It's quite far from the center. Shower has some molds. We didn't have a kettle, which was mentioned in the room details. Also, room has thin walls. You can really hear people from outside, not to mention the noise of tram way which is just next to the hotel.

Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The location is good - quiet neighborhood - away from the tourist center, but right next to public transport train stop. Very pleasant and friendly staff.

The price is a bit high compared to other tourist locations visited in the same period in Italy positioned im the central area. The facilities are a bit older but in a good condition. There are way to many steps in the bathroom.

Very comfortable stay

Right next to the tram ,super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are cleaned everyday ,which is amazing.WORKING AIR CONDITIONING ,which is a must dupring September. I needed a kettle to make myslef coffee in the evening ,and i got it after asking. Needed to leave my stuff somewhere after check out ,also No problem. Overall ,super nice quality especially in comparison to other hotels in florence that are crazy expensive for no reason.

Cleanliness. Everyday the room was serviced. Good price Tram station very close

The AC was working randomly The minifridge was soo loud that we barely sleeped The bathroom needed a restoration or at least some attention
