A well run B & B - definitely worth staying at

Steve & Jen were friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Well set up bedroom, small lounge and bathroom for guests. Good continental breakfast included. Would recommend staying here.

Fitted our requirements to a "T"

Location ideal for our weekend in Takaka and Pohara. Accommodation was really good as was the continental breakfast. Hosts were very friendly and most helpful where needed.

Much more than a B&B, plenty of space and awesome value for money.

you get not only a full bedroom to yourself you also have a full bathroom and a lounge/tea room all to yourself. Jen and Steve are a lovely couple who make you feel so welcome, give you your privacy and make you a great Brekky.

Loved the B&B. Loved the hosts. Would love to come back and stay longer.

The rooms are very spacious, very comfortable and well appointed. The Hosts Steve and Jen made us feel very much at home and were lovely to talk to getting great information on the surrounding countryside.

Incredible Find

Incredible value for money, would have happily paid more. So much space and such gracious hosts!! The space was very well presented and very well maintained, would have stayed longer. Made a great base to head up North or South, great place to stay after a long day. Jen was very kind and had some brilliant tips on the area and New Zealand in general.

Golden Bay Gem

Exceptional hosts - Jen and Steve are great people and have created an awesome place to stay. Everything included, no extra costs. Pretty much have your own side of the house with a private bathroom and a private living room as well as your own bedroom. Very spacious and modern, beautiful amenities. Breakfast was top class.

Can't find anything to dislike.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and cozy place. Very private, with an own little lounge and big bathroom and the greatest host. Chatting over a delicious breakfast was a great start to our two days in the area, thank you Jen and Steve for a wonderful stay!

This is as good as five star accommodation

This was a great place to stay at. Accommodation was fabulous with three very good sized rooms, separate bedroom, lounge and bathroom lounge. Jen and Steve were fabulous hosts and the healthy breakfast with muesli and plant based options was excellent. The walk along the country road in the morning was very refreshing. Would definitely stay here again .

Steve and Jen were happy to share experiences with us, as well as hidden gems in the region. The daily continental breakfast was fantastic, and our kids loved the stay too. Jen and Steve are fantastic hosts, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a piece of heaven, to stop by Adventure B&B!

Jen is a really friendly and attentive host. We had a really relaxing stay and the breakfast was awesome!

The accommodation was lovely. It was self contained, spacious and well looked after. The separate lounge was a real bonus and there were tv’s in both the lounge and bedroom.

Perfect stay

Located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from Takaka's main street. The place is extremely clean and well equipped. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom has shower and bathtub which was great to relax. The hosts Steve and Jen are very friendly and helpful and will give you great privacy. Would 100% recommend.

A warm, welcoming, wonderful home with beautiful hosts and great breakfast.

My family was extremely happy with this warm, welcoming and well presented accommodation. Steve and Jen are exceptional hosts who really care about their guests comfort. They are wonderful people and I am sure that we will come back again to stay in their beautiful home and to have another great chat. Thank you for having us. It was a pleasure to meet you both.
