Villa Baia Azzurra is in the beautiful bay of Fontane Bianche, just in front of the beach - three (3) meters from the turquoise sea of Sicily. Its strong point is the really short distance from the sea, which gives you a corner of paradise.
Villa Baia Azzurra is made up of 4 independent and equipped apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are the advantages of the villa. Each apartment, which can host 4 people, is independent. The villa has a central location - close to the sea (ONLY 3 METERS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH) but also to bars, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy and bus stop. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday: cross the street and you will be on the beach! You can choose from:
- TRAMONTO (first floor with sea view: dining room - kitchen, living room with double bed-sofa, double bedroom, toilette and bathroom with shower);
- AURORA (first floor with sea view: dining room - kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, toilette and bathroom with shower);
- BREZZA MARINA (ground floor: open space with living room - kitchen with double bed-sofa, double bedroom, toilette and bathroom with shower);
- ALBA (ground floor: open space with living room - kitchen with double bed-sofa, double bedroom, toilette and bathroom with shower).

* THE PRICE IN THE QUOTE IS REFERRED TO ONE (1) SINGLE APARTMENT.

• On arrival it is required a security deposit which will be given you back during your check-out, after the check of the apartments and any potential damage.
• The keys will be given to the guests after the full payment balance.
• Order, respect and care of our accommodation is what we ask for and we are sure to receive from our guests. It is required a respectful use of both internal and common spaces. The guests are responsible for order, tidy and cleanliness of the accomodation. As a holiday home, the guests have to clean and tidy the apartment/s during the stay and take away the garbage from the apartment.
• No smoking at home.
• It is forbidden to organize parties or events.
• Check-in and check-out with the host.
• Initial and final cleaning service included in the rental price.
• Bed and bath linen provided.
• No changing linen during your stay. It can be requested by guests as extra service.
• No daily housekeeping service. If you want an extra cleaning, it can be requested as extra service.
• Villa Baia Azzurra is a holiday home, so BREAKFAST OR OTHER MEALS ARE NOT SERVED.
• Energy balance calculated at the end of the stay (one energy-counter for each apartment).
• You can timely ask to bring your pet (small and medium size) with a daily charge.

SERVICES:
• free Wi-Fi; • private free parking inside the villa for each single apartment to park your car in front of your accommodation; • outdoor showers to clean up from sand and salt when you go from the beach to the villa; • hot-cold air conditioning with autonomous regulation in each apartment; • ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen; • TV; • bed linen and towels provided (no bed and bath linen change, unless specifically requested by guests); • cleaning service at the beginning and at the end of the stay (if requested, you will also have the possibility of mid-stay cleaning service; • washing machine (one for each apartment); • ironing board and iron; • hair dryer; • luggage storage; • small picnic barbecue (upon request); • beach umbrella (upon request); • sea towels rental (upon request); • baby cradle and high chair for your babies (upon request).

I stayed in the Aurora apartment for an extended vacation of 29 days in Sicily. It was all that I hoped for. Communication was great with Mariateresa and her family, the apartment was clean, property felt safe and secure and the view was all that the pictures show and MORE! I would highly recommend this property for all who want to spend time at the beautiful Sicilian beaches.

Wir hatten eins der Appartements im 1. Stock. Von hier aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Wir waren Ende Oktober hier und konnten den leeren Strand genießen. Auch die Ausflugsziele in der Nähe "Noto", "Ortigia" etc. waren nicht überlaufen.

Small but sunny, bright and fresh apartment by the sea. Super convenient access for the car and 1 minute walk down to the beach. Great balcony/patio with sea view. Beach is rather small and narrow and very crowded in August but that's to be expected. Owner could not have been more friendly and helpful, was super flexible on check in and check out and gave us lots of good tips for local restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended!

Property was perfect for our family of 4 adults, one having mobility issues. The apartment we chose was Aurora on the first floor with access and parking right at the door. The view from the apartment's covered deck is looking out at the beautiful sea with breezes and delightful view it is most peaceful. Walking distance to the beach, restaruants and shops. Owner is most helpful and very kind. If we come back to Siracusa we will stay for a longer time!

We stayed in the Aurora apartment and it was wonderful. Great location, right opposite the beach. Apartment was clean and had a huge balcony. Mariateresa was really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Frist of all a very great thanks to the landlord for the perfect place to spent a holiday and for hosting us. Very nice apartement with everything you need. Clean and very beautiful decorated. The most beautiful view to the sea and the beach just 2 min walk. The terrace was very big, and from there we injoyed the view to the sea. We will recommend this place for sure. Thank you for a nice stay.

Wow.....an absolut incredible place to go for holiday. Very groomed facilities with small garden and lemon tree :) perfect location in fontane bianche 👍 The owner is realy kind and well preparated. Sono stata ospite di questa struttura agli inizi di agosto con la mia famiglia. Siamo stati accolti in modo perfetto da Maria Teresa e dalla mamma. Ci sono state fornite informazioni dettagliate sulla struttura ed anche sui servizi disponibili nei dintorni (supermercati, edicola, farmacia,chiesa, ristoranti etc). La casa è recentemente ristrutturata, tutto è nuovo e perfettamente pulito. Ho apprezzato in particolare lo splendido terrazzo vista mare. La posizione poi è superlativa: basta attraversare la strada per tuffarsi nello splendido mare. Una esperienza davvero bella e consigliatissima a tutti.

Tolle Aussicht im 1.Stock (unten schaut man gegen eine Mauer) sehr freundliche Vermieterin, sehr schöne Terrasse, kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm obwohl Sat TV angekündigt war, mit der Wäsche für 30€ muss man 9 Tage - länger waren wir nicht da- auskommen, Küche ist sparsam aber ausreichend ausgestattet

We spend 5 lovely days in the new and fancy apartement of mariateresa. She was a lovely host and even gave us some local tips for excursions and more. The flat is as close to the water as possible and we had a nice few from above. The flat was clean and with all the things you need for cooking and bathing. Would do it again!!!

Villa Baia Azzurra e' una bellissima villa praticamente sul mare. Abbiamo alloggiato nell' appartamento Aurora, delizioso, nuovo, funzionale con un'ampia terrazza con una vista mare meravigliosa.il mare e' sempre suggestivo, con colori e sfumature sempre diversi. Maria Teresa e' una padrona di casa veramente adorabile, gentile, premurosa ed attenta. E' stata molto disponibile in tutto ed in particolare nel check in e check out. Anche dal punto di vista logistico la villa e' allocata bene: vicine ci sono Siracusa ed Ortigia, un po' più distanti, Noto. Marzamemi, e, poco più lontani, Modica, Ragusa ibla, Scicli, posti di un incanto unico, ricchi di fascino, storia e cultura. E' sempre un piacere tornare in questi posti unici!!!

The apartment is perfectly situated about 50m from the steps down to the beach. We stayed in the upstairs apartment which was very clean, modern and equipped with everything we needed. The roller shutters kept the rooms cool during the day, and allowed us to sleep in the mornings. From the balcony, there is an amazing view of the beach and ocean! The owner was super friendly, and was always on hand to help us with an questions about the local area.
