We absolutely loved our stay in Porto Ercole. The location is perfect for people wanting to go to the beach or walk into town for shopping. The property manager, Rita, is a most gracious and kind host. She was always attentive to our calls and messages. The house had plenty of room for our family of six. We were able to cook many meals at this rental easily. There were also some toiletries provided for us. The walk to the bakery and grocery store was less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend the farmers market in the parking lot by the Coop (grocery store.) Excellent gifts for tourists! The home itself is charming with all the amenities needed for vacation. Even had a washer and dryer to use. Parking for two vehicles was a plus for us as well. The highlight of our stay was having Rita and her husband, Roberto, over for dinner. We learned so much about Italian culture by speaking with them. Would most definitely come back to this lovely home. The area was charming, but the most friendly faces we met were the hosts of this property.

We cannot say enough about this wonderful place; ideal location, perfect facilities for a real home away from home, and so peaceful! We loved using the outdoor kitchen in particular, and felt so relaxed in the lovely garden and terrace. We had a marvellous welcome and cannot thank everyone enough - we will be back again, and again...!

Very well equipped house although the appliances are beginning to act up. Much better having the master bedroom downstairs with full bathroom rather than the awkward mezzanine bedroom with difficult stairway and toilet below. The upper bedroom is really only suitable for youngsters. The garden and outdoor kitchen are exceptionally good. An easy walk for breakfast and very handy for the village and very goood restaurants. Beautiful beaches are just minutes away. We would definitely come stay again. Rita is very helpful.

A magical house. Gracious management. Loved the quiet sunny garden and outdoor kitchen most of all. Very private and immersed in nature yet only a brief walk to the shops and cafes in town. I caught the most beautiful months of the year and would definatley return.

Il Molino is a wonderful place to be. The house is even nicer and bigger than it appears on the pictures! We spent our family holidays there and found everything we wanted: spacious, nice furnitured rooms, clean bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and a nice garden with toys for our child. The personal style of the house makes you feel staying at a friends house. We would definately book it again!
