Desconexión

Buenas ubicación si vas con coche propio a la ciudad ya que había sitio para aparcar en la calle y sino dispone de aparcamiento por buen precio. Buen desayuno, habitación amplia .Andando al centro de Lisboa media hora,pero el paseo merece la pena para ver ciertas tiendas y cosas de interés. Un taxi te acerca al centro por 5 euros si no quieres andar.

Un hotel que no vale el precio

La ubicación, el trato de los empleados, y el tamaño de la habitación.

Las instalaciones muy viejas para el precio que tiene, de 4 estrellas nada! Una tele con más de 30años sin los canales más conocidos y con una imagen horrible, el aire acondicionado no se puede regular para poder quitar tienes que quitar la tarjeta y quedas sin luz…

Weekend stay with a friend

I had a booking for two nights with my friend, no breakfast included. We wanted to explore Lisboa during the weekend. The location of the hotel was really nice for us as it was near the subway, park Eduardo, Avenida de Liberdad, big shopping mall, as well as great cafes and supermarkets. To go to the old town we needed around 40mins, and this is exactly what we wanted - to have a pleasant long walk around the city center. Eventually, I find the choice of the TURIM hotel very suitable for our needs (siteseeing, walking, eating in nice cafes, shopping). I'm totally satisfied with this hotel. BTW, it was quite close to the airport as well.

I can't think of anything, really. All the facilities were quite good. Probably, the sewerage could be better, as it took some time for the water in the washbasin to go through.

Good stay.

The staff were great. Great location. Has restaurants near by, shopping malls, grocery stores, and close to city center.

The place needs to be updated and renovated. Water temperature was not consistent. The ac/air conditioner was control by the front office. The television was old (tube type). The beds were small.

Decemt stay. But would choose a different Turim that is near by and newer build.

The water pressure was good. Location was good. Walking distance to good restaurants, bars, shopping center, a couple of grocery stores, and not far from the main city attractions. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional.

The safe was not working properly. The ac/air conditioner is controlled by the front office. The television was too old (tube type) The whole building and decor needs to be upgraded and renovated.

Not the greatest value for money.

The location was the best feature. Close to two metro stations and two supermarkets.

The hotel is old in general. A very-very dated TV and the wi-fi didn’t work almost at all in the room. A vey dated lobby too.

A little pricey for what it delivers

Quick check-in, friendly staff, comfortable beds, walking distance from markets and restaurants, 15 minutes drive to the airport.

Smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room, complete absence of usable plug points (you need to disconnect the lamp if you want to connect a charger or a laptop), mini fridge barely cools.

Trust Turim

Turim is a hotel we know we can trust in Portugal. It’s an older hotel with character. The staff is fantastic and always available. Lots of stores around if needed.

it was not very clean, the teeny tiny tv didn’t work and there was only one outlet to plug anything into. the safe in the room was broken as well.

Pleasant

The breakfast was good , the sweets section was delicious. Close to the metro station.

The room did not have sufficient power outlets to charge 3 phones. We had to improvise. The door from the balcony could not be locked. The mattress was not very comfortable,maybe too old. I would expect that at least all the front desk employees to speak a little bit of English. Overall feeling of old (poorly maintained) hotel.

Very nice staff, always welcoming and helpfull. The room was always clean and done.

Great breakfast

The breakfast is brilliant.. lots of local delicious pastry. Close to 2 subway stations. Nice restaurants near by.

The fact that the air-conditioning is running all the time, and in winter the air in the room is a little bit to dry... If you ask to turn off the air-conditioning it is getting cold pretty quickly. The hotel is a little bit outdated.. needs some upgrades.

Great location and breakfast, outdated decor.

The location is amazing as there a several underground stations, on different lines very close to the hotel. The breakfast was very nice. The bed was very big and comfortable.

The hotel is out dated, all rooms need renovating. I found all the furniture to be old and scratched or damaged in some way. The room was dusty, has hard wood floors but no slippers provided.

The staff was supper friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

It was a little off the beaten path but close enough to the metro it wasn't bad. Also the facilities are a little dated but we're clean and well staffed.

Despite being an old hotel, it is very clean and charming, we loved it . The room for 3 people was very spacious and clean BUT …. THE BEDS need to be changed, THE MATTRESSES need to be changed, they are already uncomfortable. The Staff extremely attentive and helpful. We liked a lot the stay.

Very big bedroom so we were comfortable. The personnel were always very friendly and helpful With regards to the location, although not central we were between 3 metro stops (of different lines)

The room was dusty and hence not properly cleaned. Also there was a lot of humidity in the bedroom.
